Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent visit to this location. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. From the beginning, our server seemed completely lost and had little knowledge of the menu. When we inquired about mahi mahi, which was listed, they couldn’t even confirm if it was available. Additionally, our drinks took far too long to arrive, and they forgot my Pepsi entirely. It felt like they were more focused on serving the friends at another table rather than attending to us. To make matters worse, all of our meals arrived at different times, and the food we did receive was cold. One of the classic dishes we ordered, chips and fish, was a complete disappointment; it was a chaotic mess. The only redeeming aspect of our meal was the two desserts we ordered, which were the only parts that could be deemed acceptable. This location used to be a reliable spot for us, but after this experience, it will likely be our last visit here. When we tried to ask for assistance, we were told to wait; it seemed as though our concerns didn't matter. Overall, this was a very unsatisfactory experience, and I hope management takes steps to improve service in the future.

1st time there and we’ve been to many restaurants in area. This was actually not too bad. Food was good and service was fine.

Well, I made a reservation for 3 for 7:30, we didn’t get seated until 8:05/10. Now, I don’t remember the waitress name we had however, bless her heart ❤️ she was running up and down the restaurant trying to service all her tables. Poor woman was sweating and looked exhausted. The drinks took FOREVER to be made. The restaurant should run a hiring ad so they could get more help. Poo bus boy was answering phones and slanging dishes loud while we tried to eat. Overall it wasn’t what it used to be back in the day; at least this location.

My dinner was bland (trout) small potato (not restaurant style) calamari very greasy, they don't have fish selection (just salmon and trout) my husband had a stomach ache after and total for a so-so dinner was high

Seems we did not have a reservation but a confirmation that our name would be put on a wait list at a specific time. That did not happen. We didn't get seated until 35 minutes after our seating time even though walk-ins were seated ahead of us.

Our server was lost we order drinks and never make it to the table. Food was cold also every time we ask for water or something it take for ever to get to the table. We almost have to eat with our hands because silverware took for ever to get to the table.
