Red Lobster - Concord
Need to make sure the restaurant is cleaner. Floors were dirty and staff isnt that friendly
The waiter was slow. It took him about 10 min to come to table to get drinks. We ordered at same time we gave drink order. We waited about another 10 minutes to get our drinks. I watched the waiter in the back standing around and talking. He brought drinks with salads, less than 5 min later the food came. He never refilled our drinks. He came back to table at end of meal and said sorry I’m been too busy, but I kept seeing him socialize and stand in the kitchen. Worst service ever
Sons birthday. The food and service was excellent that came and sang happy birthday to my son. Great place for the family to eat. Will be back again.

Was booked for 830 with “priority” seating but hosts and managers didn’t seem aware that Red Lobster participated in Open Table. They kept asking if I called in the reservation and I said no I used the App. They had my reservation in the system and still made us wait an additional 15-20 min. Would have been longer had I not gone over and showed them my email confirmation. I also put on the reservation that we were celebrating a Birthday. No mention at all. None. Our server was great but we did find a hair on the lemon on our meal. Hairstyle are a form of expression and personality and I don’t have any problem with that. However dreads, super long braids and loose hair with no hairnet or hat when preparing or delivering food is opening yourself up for loose hairs to fall in food. And it happened.
I hope this is feedback that actually will make an impact towards improvement. Consumers have many options today.
We waited awhile for the food. Our waitress was very nice.
2 of us ordered the combination plates with coconut shrimp and fish. We were told the fish was flounder but it was not. Not sure what kind of fish it was but it was terrible. Over cooked with lots of garlic powder on it. The shrimp was seasoned with so much pepper and spice my mouth burned. One person got the chicken Alfredo that had zero taste. 2 people got the lobster and that was pretty good. The rest of us were very disappointed.
I have not been to a Red Lobster in a long time. Pretty disappointed. Lobster/crab roll was not up par to another restaurant chain. Alfredo sauce was limited and watered down. I don’t think I will go back any time soon.

My food and the service was good in the store, however I my to-go order was incomplete. Unfortunately I did not check my order until I got home and was very disappointed.
My wife and I had a great dinner with excellent service. Red Lobster is not the fanciest restaurant, however, it is a great middle ground with delicious food!
My food was not hot enough, my daughter food had a hair on it. Server took it back, no excuses and took about 15-20 minutes to get another plate. It seems no one really cares about a HAIR on the food. Make me thinking that it is a regular problem. Will not go back.
Spoiled to set reservations so did not like the fact that once we arrived, had to wait 20 minutes before we were seated. The lobsters & shrimp we had were good. The mashed potatoes & kid's mac-n-cheeses were not but the cheese biscuits make up for that. Some of the fellow diners that were waiting were obnoxious & rude. Probably a better family friendly atmosphere during lunch times.
