   Our experience yesterday was spectacular. The only negative was the host who didn’t let anyone know we were seated. Other than that, everything else was on point. The server was friendly, smiled often, was on top of drinks promptly, & checked on us frequently. The cheddar bay biscuits were hot & fresh out the oven. The lobster dip and our lobster meals were delicious. We also ordered a take out meal late that they made quickly. This was excellent service and good food for this price point. Kudos.

   I can’t remember the waitress name but she was outstanding! I really appreciate it cause you don’t find good customer service now a days Soo thanks

   We went here on a Christmas Day, so it was very very busy! Even with reservation we still waited an hour to be seated. Staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable, but they were all so tired… Overall it’s a great restaurant, just the wait time was brutal, especially we had kids with us.

   Everything was absolutely fantastic. Our server was Shauna, absolutely delighted with everything from service to food! Best Christmas dinner ever!

   We had a reservation at 8pm. We didn’t get sat down till 8:40pm. No reason to have an option to make a reservation and still have to wait for walk-in parties to be sat first.

   The waiter’s we’re doing what they could and kept cool and composed the whole time! In one ocasión I asked for manager because we were an hour in and no drinks nor pre ordered appetizer, she finally came and by then I had my drinks so I told her I was good, she passed by 2 other tables as poor waiters were running all over the place without drinks in their cups! She was already on the floor she could have been a good leader and helped her staff on the floor instead of running back into hiding. There was no beer only one particular brand, they were out of more than half of their mixed drinks!? The server honestly was the only reason I didn’t get my family and leave like others did, she tried her very best to keep us happy!

   Long wait, even after reserving. Out of several items, had to ask several times for silverware or missing food items. Won’t be going back
