Place smelled like old fish, looked like old fish and tasted like overcooked old fish. Only place we've been that can destroy a lobster tail. Did not honor reservation time and took away our Open Table reservation points because we were willing to eat at the bar and not wait 20-30 minutes past our reservation time. Penalized for trying to help them and what do you get; your points taken away, really poor service and nearly inedible food. Old fish. They need to shut this brand down.

Good Service and Good Food! Was wifes Birthday and wrote to them about it but they didnt recognize it as well as I don't think they knew we were an open table reservation as they just seated us and then Open Table wrote to me that "sorry that we changed our plans and didn't make it to our reservation at Red Lobster"... We did meet our reservation and we also told them we had an Open Table reservation and did go to Red Lobster.
