The create your own feast was delicious: 2 premium, 2 classics, 2 sides--Reasonable price. Watermelon martini was delicious! Husband had a lobster punch, he said it was good! Server was good, she was training someone during her shift. Sat promptly, ordered immediately, food came out hot, they forgot to bring part of my food but it was taken care of quickly.

Dustin, our server, might have been the only server in the restaurant. He was fine, food was slow to come out. Fried food might have been the way to go. My garlic skewered shrimp was dry and tasteless and the potatoes were a weird texture. The only redeeming thing were the Brussels sprouts. $100 for three people, water and soft drinks only was a little ridiculous for this caliber of food.

Came here to celebrate my birthday! The food was great as always and Darlene was fabulous. We had such great service, and I received birthday beads as well as a free birthday sundae! I will definitely be coming back soon.

I feel the brand is slowly losing its moji. The menu is old and tired, and lots of the favorites are gone.lobster fest. The lobster taste like runner, and the shrimp over cooked. I simply didn't enjoy the meal. I'm afraid I won't return to my old favorite. But aleast I can say my waitress was outstanding . That is all I can say.

We booked through Open Table, arrived on time, were seated, ate and paid for our meal. Then we got a notice that Red Lobster had "cancelled" our priority seating. Two calls to the restaurant to note the problem.. No result. I email Open Table. No reply. Open Table graciously understood.

The food was average as usual. It has never been outstanding but we think it was better than average. We had Debbie as a server. Now she was outstanding. She was polite, attentive and very gracious. You could tell she has a great work ethic and cares for her customers, something many much younger servers need to learn. She made the night a success!

Despite using Open table to get on the waiting list, when we got there we were told they did not have us on the wait list. They proceeded to tell us it would be a 30 minute wait. After waiting 45 min they finally realized they skipped over us. However, once seated, the food was good and our server did a wonderful job. The food came out in a timely manner as well. Not sure what happened with the wait list debacle, but I know we were not the only people this happened too

Never did get my order for the entree. I have never liked Red Lobster and once again they were effective in verifying my belief. Only reason I went there is because we had a $50.00 gift certificate we received at Christmas. Sat at the bar which was fairly busy, but not overly. Waited more than 20 minutes after we finished our salad and my wife got her meal. She was done and finally I had enough and just threw the gift certificate down and walked out. I am sure there was some left on the certificate but I would never go back to another Red Lobster again so didn't need anything that would have been remaining. If I ever receive another gift certificate I will give it away to whomever wants to endure a place like Red Lobster. Terrible!!!!!!!

We were greeted at the hostess stand in a friendly manner. Checked in with "priority seating" with an Open table "reservation." We were seated within 5 minutes. Again, at Red Lobster for the Endless Shrimp promotion. The restaurant is very busy! Our server, Devonna was very efficient, friendly and accommodating. I have been pleasantly surprised that the 3 times I have been to RL during this promotion the service has been very good. The food is plentiful and tasty. This promotion is a good deal to boot.

Full disclosure- Red Lobster is having their Endless Shrimp promotion and they are BUSY. We arrived around 6pm and it was moderately busy. Having made 6 o'clock priority seating "reservations" through Open Table reduced our wait time significantly The lobby quickly became crowded and the wait was quoted at about 45 min.The hostesses Samantha and Kendra were very pleasant and managed the front desk as best as possible with the impatient crowd. We we're seated and Marco came to the table quickly. I ordered the endless shrimp option. It was delicious. Marco was our server and he was very attentive. He was very busy on the floor but gave us ample and efficient attention. Great job. Given how busy the restaurant was, it could have been a frustrating experience. Our time there was very good.

Food quality is consistently good. I order the snow crab legs. Salad and broccolli were fresh. My friend ordered the all you can eat shrimp dinner which is well priced at $15.99. The server was friendly and efficient. She was very good about checking with the table to refresh shrimp order and see if we needed anything else. Restaurant can get quite hectic and busy during this promotion but everthing seemed well managed.

Our food and service was good, we had snow crab legs, Lobster Alfredo, and salads. The value was good. My only complaint was the food came right after the salad. Wait staff was very good.

Great stuffed mushroom appetizer, but salmon not very good, and broccoli was brown in places. Waitress disappeared for 15 minutes with my credit card, making me feel very uncomfortable.

When we arrived, after making a Open Table reservation, there was still a 30 minute wait because there were no servers/ dining room help. Might be awhile before we go back. No excuse for that except poor management.
