Whats the purple of booking an reservation just to tell people we not taking nomore depsite the reservation in place. An whole hour- hour and half wait is insane

Unpleasant experience. We arrived and waited for 2-3 mins as there was no host greeting guests. We were then seated, waited for 15-20 mins and still no acknowledgement from the waitress. We decided to leave and as we were walking out, again no host? We also noticed that the group that came in after us was being attended. We will not be coming here again.

It was my birthday and they didn’t even bring my cake out or even asked if I wanted one. This place is trash and will never go back there ever again

We celebrated my Mom’s Birthday. Although we had priority seating, we had to wait over an hour due to staff shortage. The food was delicious and our waitress was great! We still had a good time and my Mom really enjoyed herself.

I had used the app to place myself on a priority waiting list for 7:30pm at about 4:00pm or so. When I arrived I was told (1) they didn’t take reservations and (2) my party and I couldn’t be seated because their waiting list was full. I tried explaining I understood it wasn’t a reservation, but I did place myself on the priority waiting list at 4:00pm, but I kept getting interrupted and was, basically, told to either get carry out or leave. Never even received an apology.
