Food was excellent and service was great. We enjoyed our time there.
Open table “reservation” did not have any advantage Treated as a walk-in with 30 minute wait Checkin area noisy and a bit chaotic Food and value was good as expected
It’s Red Lobster ..I do t expect miracles.. our server was great!!! The scampi was overly greasy... and my steak was undercooked!!
I hadn't been in a Red Lobster in 20 years and it was just as I remembered it. The food was tasty, the service was reasonably efficient and the price was as expected. It's Red Lobster!
The wait was 15 min. The server was friendly and the food was good and was served in a timely manner.
Took my parents here for dinner, the reservation is worthless. We got there 15 minutes before our reserved time and still waited 30 for a seat. The restaurant wasn’t even packed. Not sure if it was because lack of servers or staff or what. Food was fine. Service was friendly once seated but we weren’t really checked in on and drinks were not refilled.
Horrible, horrible, horrible service! The manager SHOULD be fired! He is useless. Waited 1 hour and 28 minutes for our food, our appetizers were cold and I had to get up and get silverware myself!!! Unacceptable! Waiter NEVER checked up on us. Not even a sorry from the waiter. And wait, I finished my 20oz beer and my husband was still waiting on a glass of water! By the time our food came, we were done and asked for boxes. Stupid manager didn’t even apologize neither did the waiter (Ashley). Customer service is what makes people go to a restaurant and this Red Lobster lacks plenty of it. NOONE wants to eat their meals cold or have their beers warm. Worst restaurant EVER! Never again will I waste my time and money there. DO NOT go to this Red Lobster.
I know lots of people turn their noses up at Red Lobster as being less than “real” seafood restaurant because it’s a chain but me personally I love it. The food is good the biscuits are delicious and you usually always get great service. I love the Yucatán shrimp small plate. I’m not much for spicy foods but it’s soooo good. Just the right amount of heat with flavor. I love Red Lobster
Some of the king crab legs were only partially filled with meat. They stopped serving equil so my wife was not happy.
Friendly service. They have Crabfest. Good food but Bairadi crabs were not cleaned well.
Our server was very polite and got everyone’s order correct without writing anything down, but every time he left the table, there was a considerable delay before he returned from the drink order to the check.
The waiter Ruben was pre occupied with a woman than with us. He was very kind when he would come to check on us, but he come enough. The salad was warm and the bread was cold. I think based on this experience I’m gonna stop with the 18% + tips. It wasn’t busy so he could have done a lot better.
Celebrated my daughters 15th birthday. This is the go to restaurant my kids love. We had crab legs, lobster artichoke dip👌🏼, salmon. It was so much we too most of it home!
Dinner was delicious. The fish tasted fresh was very satisfied
You are paying too much money for bland seafood. 4 people ate. All 4 dinners where bland. Vegetables were cold... With the exception of my wife's Just not a great experience
Everything went smoothly with great service. We were able to take as long as we wanted without pressure.
Outstanding service. Our waiter was excellent. He was actually a perfect waiter. Food was fresh and hot. Salad was perfect with just the right amount of dressing. Liked the to go containers. The booth was comfortable. The lighting was nice. Excellent experience.
I think the prices are a little high for that place my dinner was sirloin steak and skewered shrimp. The steak was tasty but like shoe leather. The rest of the meal was good. I would go back but not order the expensive platters. For those prices I can go to a classior place.

For starters there was no clean silverware when we were seated. Once we got the silverware that they claimed they cleaned it was still dirty. It had food still on it- looked as if it might have been rinsed only. My order came out incorrect & the manager was very helpful. He appeared to have an attitude with me as I complained about the food and the dirty silverware. Never again will I spend my money at Cherry Hill Red Lobster.
Meh. Went in for endless shrimp. Annoying as hell. Can only order one extra at a time and they take forever to bring it out. Plus they bring very small portions after the first 2.
PRIORITY SEATING was great but service n food was not
Our server was horrible! I dined here before and gave Red Lobster 5 stars but not today. Took forever for our drinks and food. Ignored our table even though she passed us on the way to the kitchen. Lastly, I had to find the manager so we can finally pay the bill. Manager was useless! He didn’t even apologize or offer any compensation. Horrible service! I lost my appetite waiting on the appetizer and decided to not even order any food and just eat at home. My husband’s meal took forever and it had a sauce (teriyakki) that he did not ask for. And my beer? Oh, she walked to two different tables before finally giving it to me...WARM!!! Worst server and manager ever! And we were not the only patrons upset at the pace and lack of service.
Loved it! Very friendly and attentive. Went for a child’s birthday, she wanted Red Lobster, and no dissapointment. Definitely coming back!
