Red Lobster - Burnsville
Everything was great except the lighting. Wasn't enough light
Great. all of us loved it. Food is always good. Waitress was very attentive.
They brough out my crab half frozen and cold. It was sent back but by the time I got my food the rest of our party was done eating. I did not get to enjoy my food at all.
The waitress was friendly and the food was great!
Great service, extremely fast and the food was hot and fresh and awesome!!!! One of my top places to go to!!!! Loved it!!!!
Meh... crab legs cold... shrimp barley warm.. service was decent but I won’t be back..
My husband and I had gifts certificates to use. We ordered a bottle of wine to share with our entrees. When server brought it out he asked if we would like the honors of opening up the bottle or should he. What? My husband quickly said he would do it. Thinking the server didn’t want to. It was even a screw top. But a server should always present the wine to person who ordered it, then open it for us at table, place cork next to guest and give person who ordered it a taste. This looks like a management issue and training issue. Otherwise our server was very friendly and brought everything out in a timely manner.
Excellent service. The best part of the meal. Would return.
Had a reservation for noon. Restaurant was 80% empty. Food was average-good, with somewhat high prices. I had fish and chips. I think it was around $15. range. I have had better. My friend had salmon, around $15 with a $3 upcharge for sime side dish. Salmon was good, but small in size. Overall $43 with two sodas. No king crab available on menu. Overall too expensive for lunch. Why be open, when restaurant was basically empty with high prices. Seems to me that Golden Gate Capital should seek new consultants, and throw away the lunch menu, to be replaced with a new, healthy and lower priced menu ($9.95 range). I would live a real crab salad, not $24.95 one lbs
of snow crab for lunch.
Very crowded..long wait time... good food.
The food quality has gone way down. The ceasar salad seemed like it had been created well in advance and sat in a refrigerator as the lettuce was soggy from the dressing. The potato came out unsliced with no butter or sour cream and the shrimp looked like it had just been thrown on the plate including the shrimp scampi. Will not be going back there anytime soon...it is sad how it has become.
Our Server was absolutely fantastic
Great Server, our Table was in a fantastic spot, in the back at the Round Table. Love that spot!
Overall a good experience. My recollection of Red Lobster in the 90s vs now. Seems the chain has diminished to just that, a chain. Food quality is not what it used to be, but it is not a fault of the location.
I wish I could remember our server, but she was great and completely made this an enjoyable evening
Ordered walleye expecting it to be bone free - after all it is a seafood restaurant. Not what I got - pesky bones in the walleye; lots of them. Was told “that just happens”. Not really acceptable - gross actually but whatever. Didn’t eat it. Wine and biscuits were good. Husband enjoyed his shrimp tacos. In summary - overall disappointing.
