Looked a little run down. Service was slow and food was just okay.
My experience on this visit, was absolutely delectable
I was not impressed with how slow it took my food to us and also when management came over because my steak was cooked wrong it did not seem genuine.
Our waitress was attentive and quick. However, we waited 10 minutes upon arrival before anyone acknowledged us. 2 Couples who arrived after us turn around and left because there was no one at the hostess stand. Food was good, but they didn't have enough baked potatoes made, so my backed potato came out with my dinner and my husbands baked potato came out 15 minutes after his dinner was served. Restaurant was not busy at all.
Choosing a time on open table was pointless. We still had to wait approximately 35-45 minutes before we were seated. It took a very long time to get served as well. Our waitress was very good but also made it a point to let us know how little she had received in tips throughout the day. My other complaint was the food quality. It was extremely over priced for food that had obviously been frozen and then reheated. We will probably not be returning.
Dinner with friends
I had a bad experience at another location while visiting my parents and at the request of dad to dine at Red Lobster. I decided to try again when I returned home after complaining and was comp’ed for my inconvenience. Based on my experience at the prior location I wasn’t sure if this location would have been better but to my surprise they were better than I thought!
They accept reservations so you can get your points on open-table and in no time after checking in we were ushered to our table. The service was great with the waitress whose personality was “service with a smile and attitude to match”. Overall the experience was really good and has redeemed my assurance that not all locations are bad. I trust that management is monitoring these consumer feedbacks closely as these are important to their success. I will go back again to this location or try another.
Servers were great but food was AWFUL.
We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was at this location. The salmon (catch of the day), the Sailor’s Platter, the scallops and sirloin were all delicious. Our server was efficient and witty - a sharp guy.
