Red Lobster - Brampton
I’m not sure why Red Lobster has this option to book a time to come. I still had to wait for over an hour and half there. I think Open Table should not let them be able to use there service. It’s just a waste of time to be honest.
Service was not horrible but could definitely be better
They had a mix up with the food
We waited about 15 minutes before we got seated, which was expected. We were greeted with kindness from the hostess or greeters at the entrance ( check-in) . Our server was the best and was very friendly! Our food was really good. We felt appreciated, which is something we don’t see a lot of these days. I hope having the same experience or better should we decided to go there and serve by the same individual or another person.
Booking through open table helped reduce the wait time from an hour to 25 minutes which was nice.
The food was a little salty. My steak was well done when I asked for medium but still edible. The booth which I was in the light above it kept flickering. This started to get annoying. The server was attentive.
I love this location and usually don’t have a problem with service. This time as polite as she was, was not at tentative when it came to our needs. We had to keep calling her back due to things missing ( condiments) etc.. and finally my friend needed help with the charge machine and she kept on walking away. Finally we told her not to leave until the transaction was complete. Frustrated !
Had a tasty dinner here with my wife. Food was on point as was the service.
Our experience was great and our server was very attentive and overall we had a great experience.
the waiter wasn't available and the vegetables were cold and the buns were burnt . it was my birthday and we weren't even given a complimentary dessert.
Good food. Large portions. Exceptional service. Very pleasant staff.
Delicious food. Even though We had priority seating we still had to wait 35min. Waitress was awesome! Noise level was on the loud side. Overall great place.
I don't recall our waitress' name, it may have been "Jodie"? But she was amazing!!
The food was terrific! We've been to other Red Lobster's but this by far was the best ecperience.
I am giving the food 1 star because the two dishes we ordered were the saltiest dishes we’ve had in our entire life, food this salty shouldn’t even be legal.
Service was great, our waiter Mark quickly understood that having waited for 40 minutes for a table we just wanted to eat as soon as possible and food came surprisingly fast
Given the quality of the meals, I feel they offer good value for the money and I didn’t find it expensive at all
In the end, I don’t recommend this place because of two reasons: 1) the “priority seating” given by open table doesn’t work at all as I saw people that arrived after us get seated first and 2) the food is extremely salty and there is no warning, one dish has 2500 mg of sodium which is astounding! For the sake of comparison, a Big Mac has 1000, a Burger King whopper has 690.

The Lobster mashed potatoes were a bit cold. But everything else was great
not sure the garlic shrimp very salty, the rest of our meal was salty also but not as bad as the garlic shrimp
Crab legs weren't very big at all, sauce was very salty but maybe just my personal preference. For 37.99 I thought I'd get bigger crab legs than the tiny little ones I got, our server was very nice though.
Our sever was very busy and forgot about our table. When we got our food it was almost cold!
Overall great .
But I was hoping to use my Dining Cheque I recieved from OpenTable But the On Dury Manager denied our Dining Cheque.
She mention that it was suppose to be a prepaid credit card
However I showed her the letter that was attached from the Dining Cheque to include it when paying for our bill.
Will try one more time

My first time at Red Lobster. Took mom for mother’s day as it is her favourite place. Mom, dad and I enjoyed it! Didn’t realize you had so many options available on the menu!
It took 20 minutes to get our salads. After asking we were told the ovens gas lines all were down. It took half an hour before we got out entree. It was like warm and under cooked.
Usually we get a good meal. However, this time was not.
Food was ok. Typical fast food type menu (just like the Keg).
Service was non existent. Waited for 15 mins to order after getting initial drinks, I had to flag down the waitress to get water for my children. The meal came quickly but the lobster tails were overcooked so they chewy. The linguine was good and it was a nice portion. Then had to wait for the bill as she rushed by several times saying she was getting the machine.
Waiter was off. Hardly said two words to us and disappeared for a long time. Someone else had to take our order
