   All was okay on our visit. Dining room was abnormally empty for a Friday night.

    Had the double Caribbean lobster tails during their lobster fest, and it was outstanding. My wife had the same thing service was pretty slow though overall great value for what you got.

   We were on vacation in Florida and my sister wanted to eat at Red Lobster. The food was very good and the portions were excellent.

   We were celebrating my father's birthday, so we were all looking forward to indulging in the fresh, steamed or broiled lobster, but were disappointed to see the signature tank in the front dry and empty...NO LOBSTERS! This was a major setback, but we were reassured that they had plenty of other lobster entrees, including the Twin Tail dinner. So we stayed, and I'm glad we did. Our server, Taylor, was friendly and helpful and the Manager was very professional and kind also. The food was heavy on salt. My only criticism of the entire experience was that they didn't offer anything to make up for the fact that they had no lobsters, maybe comping one or two of the desserts? Just a thought.

   Unfortunately, we were not able to be served. It was severely understaffed. The bartender had to do drinks take out and wait tables so no drinks as we tried to sit at bar. We left no dinner . I feel for the staff working triple jobs.
