Red Lobster - Boynton Beach

Very good place and people. The food was very good too

Love steamed lobster and the entire meal.

Food was great. The menu is too long, confusing and made no sense. My heart goes out to the servers who must deal with learning the ins and outs of the convoluted menu.

If you can see pass the Elderly Woman Hostess the dinning experience is good. She was THEE RUDEST hostest I've EVER encountered in my 30 years of dinning out. As a matter of fact She was the ONLY hostess in the many chains of Red Lobster I've visited that WILL make one feel that you came to the wrong place with an Opentable reservation. She WILL NOT acknowledge your OPEN TABLE reservations as I brought to her attention 3 times, I even SHOWED her my Opentable email confirmation letter. Even though I presented that She still insisted that they are not on Opentable. She then changes her mind that YES they do honor Opentable and THOUGH she tells you she "will check you in" she WILL NOT. If you MUST visit this place and you encounter her with the same horrible arrival experience, Request to see a Manager before you dine for they WILL ENSURE you get your points for your visit rather than receiving a "No show" email from Opentable. Make no mistake you WILL recognize this ELDERLY WOMAN hostess; she wears glasses as well.

The hostess claimed we were not on the preferred wait lest although we had used Open Table. In fact, she said that the restaurant had no affiliation with Open Table. Subsequently, I received a "no show" alert from OT. It was corrected and I did get my points. We thought the food was mediocre and not as good as we remembered. So....not running back.

It was better than we expected. Food was good, service good, prices reasonable for what we got.

We had a very good dinner. The shrimp, lobster tail and scallops were cooked properly

Our waitress was excellent but the one on the neighboring table was terrible loud, very disruptive.

seating was immediate as it was 3pm, no crowd, most of staff in meeting, Andy was good server

The food was good and deliverer in good time. The room was a bit dark we were at a window which was better.

Our Waiter, "AJ," did a great job of tending to our group of 4 and communicated by repeating our orders and advising if his whereabiuts....

Save your money and go some where else, it was terrible.

Food quality poor. Fish did not taste fresh. Stick with shrimp and lobster and not their “fresh catch”.

They didnt cook the food correctly either.

Shirley was a Gem.. Fast seating. Great service. Food was excellent!!

Seated within 10 minutes of reservation time. Waited 25 minutes for server, even after 2 trips to hostess. Server stated he was not told we were his station. Food was good.

Great food and great service. Looking forward to our next meal there.

Hostess was very nasty and the wait was long to check in...we ate in the bar. Better customer service could have been had.

Server was outstanding he was on point with everything even keep the refills coming which I liked food came out in a timely manner as well but the only issue I had was that the pasta didn’t have any flavor and when it was make over it pretty much came out the same way. But my server was already ahead of me because he had them make up extra season that came with the dish which I put all over it and that made it great other then that it was lovely I must say. The manager came out and asked how was everything and I said besides the o e hiccup it was great.
