Fantastic. Red Lobster has really raised their game.
We had a good meal. Waitress was friendly. The food was good, a little skimpy on shrimp in the shrimp Linguini Alfredo.
Horrible experience. Terrible waiter- never came back at all, forgot the appetizer- had a coupon from the app for a free appetizer. Tha red lobster app was down “server down” message- so they wouldn’t honor the free appetizer. Shrimp cocktail was grey like not cooked all the way. Crab wouldn’t come out of spongy soft shells and had zero taste. Used to love red lobster but will not go back- quality has become so terrible.
Went there on New Year’s Eve I did the call ahead seating which worked out very good. When I asked about the live main lobster the server told me not to get it because it wasn’t worth the money. Then proceeded to tell us that the pick your own what is the better deal. So we ordered steak lobster and shrimp for $33 which we thought. Then the bill came out and we realize we were charged an extra seven dollars for the steak. When the server came back we asked and she said oh I should’ve told you that’s an extra charge! When the food came out the lobster was dried out. I complained to the server and she was going to have a mgr stop over. That didn’t happen! She finally came back to the table and said she was putting another order in for another lobster. Meanwhile I waited and waited and waited and it was almost finished eating when my lobster came back out and that one was under done . The manager stopped by our table when we were leaving and I explained to her what had happened. She went to the office and came back with $30 in gift cards to reuse another time. We probably won’t even use them and would rather have had her take $30 off the bill .
We didn’t know what to expect on New Year’s Eve, but decided to head in as I was craving shrimp. Got there at 5 and it was already packed with an hour wait. About 20 min of waiting, I decided to open up my opentable app and sure enough, they had open priority seating 10 min away. I clicked on it and went to the front desk to let them know even though I was waiting I had priority seating, they seated us right after! I ordered a mojito and it was terrible, I actually sent it back and ordered a beer. But for as crazy busy as it was, my service was great and my meal was delicious.
On what could have been (and likely was) a hectic and busy Christmas Eve rush, we were treated well, our food came up quickly, and our waiter was great. Everyone seemed to be in a pleasant mood, and we enjoyed our time, as we always do. Thanks!

Delicious and delightful as ever! Our server, Ann, was new, but she did an excellent job - she's a keeper!

Family Christmas celebration
Something has changed at Red Lobster and not for the better. The remodel at this location is an improvement for the better however there was no one there when we arrived. We had made a Priority seating reservation through open table and waited 5 min despite no one being in the lobby. The food was seasoned differently from the past and no suggestive selling was done by our server who was clearly overwhelmed.
Our wait was only 10 minutes vs. 40! We were in and out and off to a show with no worries about rushing.
Friday fish fry was an excellent value and service was prompt
We went for the endless shrimp. Very disappointing. We got plenty but most of it was overcooked, dry, hard, and tasteless. But I'm used to wild caught gulf shrimp. Said I wouldn't eat farm raised but did anyway. I won't go back. Even the biscuits weren't that good. They were undercooked and gooey inside with raw dough.
Endless shrimp special for a birthday is always great!
