Red Lobster - Beavercreek
It was chilly in the restaurant but I’d rather put on a jacket then have to pull of clothes. Our waiter was polite but it seemed as if she was extremely busy causing her to be somewhat forgetful and slow bringing us requested items. Was not impressed with crab fest.
I know this is not a high end restaurant but you would think they could get the most basic of seafoods correct, that being fish and chips. From the appetizer to entree our food was poor quality. We returned the fish and chips as my husband couldn't eat it it was such a slimy hunk of fried fish. And as service goes, we spent most of our time wondering where our server was. This was the first time I've gone to Red Lobster in seven years. I was not impressed.
Good food, steak prepared perfect and service was very good. Lobster bisque was a little salty and flavor was not to my liking, so server brought out clam chowder instead which was excellent. The other meal was unlimited shrimp, which was very good.
Our server was fantastic and the food was great. Took so long to get a drink at the (not crowded) bar, that we were called for our table before our drinks got made. Otherwise the experience was great
The food was just gross. Salad came out way over dresser and saggy. Didn't even try it. Requested another and it was so bad I had to spit it out. Some how my medium steak was well on one side and red on the other ? Never had that before.. the truffle fries were saggy and a pound of cheese on them . The place needs some help. Very very disappointed. Manager discounted the bill took my meal and friends meal off bill.
