Red Lobster - Beaumont
The service was slow. It took about 30minutes to get my first drink. The lobster was way over cooked. Just horrible services
We got there they took someone before us. Finally got seated after another person came to host stand. Tables were dirty, he had to wipe them off. We were seated for awhile never got acknowledged, so we left
Absence at the door with no manager on sight. Table was dirty, sticky and overly crowded with advertising items, condiments and payment pad. Food was mediocre to say the least and service was okay. When we presented an OpenTable gift certificate, the server immediately went two tables over to her manager who had been eating for 1 and 1/2 hours. Calvin Domingue (manager) proceeded by giving his manager access card to the server in order for her to do his job. Further assistance was needed so he decided to get up and work. The manager in charged of operations, couldn't figure it out either and his best course of action was to come to the table with no hello, good evening and decline the certificate. After doing so, he proceeded by insulting me and my guest by asking if we had money to pay. Mr. Domingue is unqualified for his position and is not fit to represent any establishment for the way he appeared and for his lack of eloquence. Needless to say, I will never be returning and/or revisiting any Red Lobster.
The waitress was fantastic, but the food was a terrible value for the money.
