Even though I reserved on Open Table, I was told by the hostess that they didn't accept reservations. She then informed me that the wait would be 10 - 15 minutes because they were short on staff. 40 minutes later I left. There were at least four to five other parties that left before I did. The hostess did not provide updates, complimentary beverages, or offer acknowledgements of any kind. There was a sign in front of the hostess's desk that indicated that they were hiring for all shifts/all positions. Didn't get to taste the food and was somewhat afraid to do so given the slowness of everything. I also noticed that a car waiting in an order pick-up space when I arrived was still waiting when I left. In the time I was there, I estimate that Red Lobster lost the business of 12-15 individuals that night and likely more before and after.

I’ve been going to red lobster a lot in the past few years in Auburn, but this time the food was cold the service mediocre value very poor for what we spent my girlfriend ordered lobster tails and it came without the butter and she had to wait for that about 10 minutes before we just gave up And took our food home
