Had too long of a wait. Made special seating ahead of time but we still had too long of a wait. Help was not adequate. People were leaving due to the wait time. They were seating only 5 or 6 tables at a time. More help was needed. We have been in Red Lobster many times while in Green Bay but this was the worst experience we have had. Came for our 57th wedding anniversary and it turned out to be a bummer. We have visited Red Lobster many times over the years was greatly unhappy this time. I realize that help is hard to find, but you can't operate this way and survive.

Even with an Open Table "wait-list" that should have worked in our favor and arriving 20 minutes before our requested time, we waited an hour, and we watched as some parties who arrived after us and were not on the wait list were seated before us. Simply put it was disorganized chaos and very frustrating. Not a fun experience to end an already stressful year!
We had a 6pm reservation via OpenTable at the Green Bay, Wisconsin location. We arrived early at 5:40 and let her know we had an OpenTable reservation but were early. She checked us in and told us we had 16 people ahead of us, and it would be about 20 minutes. We waited, waited, waited... got to listen to the hostesses gossip about other employees and talk about how the manager doesn’t know what he’s doing. Finally at about 6:18 I asked how many more tables were ahead of us. I was told 14. I told her that was impossible because I’d been waiting almost 40 minutes and had a reservation. Apparently the woman that checked us in, failed to do so correctly and we were thrown in the hopper of names of everyone else walking in. She did this to us and two other couples. Another hostess realized, yelled at the original hostess and then another hostess sent me a text saying the table was ready. They sat two more tables before us. By the time we sat down, we were annoyed. Quite frankly if we didn’t have a gift card to use we would have walked out. The food was ok. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The drinks were awful! Way too much margarita mix and salt- ugh! Couldn’t even finish it. I don’t need to go back to Red Lobster anytime soon.
Our server was polite, knowledgeable and quick. We had a phenomenal meal and really enjoyed ourselves.
We thoroughly enjoyed our food and service! Our drinks were also very good!!
