    Arrived at 3:30 for open table at 3:45. We went to the bar to get drinks while waiting. It took the tender 20 minutes to serve us. In the meantime host tries to seat us and we needed to settle up at the bar. He points us to our table and leaves. We take our drinks to our table and wait another 40 minutes to get a busser’s attention to ask for menus. From there it gets worse. Another 35 minutes later the server comes over and apologizes as no one told her our table was her section. We ordered. Food came out another 30 minutes later. Breaded shrimp was soggy from undercooked steak -was ordered WD. My steak was ordered MR served as rare. Server hadn’t come back until end of meal. She was timely with the Togo container and the bill. Got there at 3:30 finally left at 5:45. Staff needs a lesson on communication, teamwork and scheduling.

    The food was DELICIOUS, but the drinks were very bad, I ordered I Berry sangria and I couldn’t drink it, it was wayyyyy too sweet, left the glass full on the table. My wife ordered a strawberry Margarita, she couldn’t drink it either. Again, the dishes were amazing.

    Using open table was supposed to allow me a max of 15 min wait, but when I checked in, was told it would be about an hour wait. Horrible slow service at the restaurant

    Feel like it’s back to the RL I enjoyed prior to Covid. Full menu again and food quality was improved as well.

    The wait staff and bartenders were wonderful. Every aspect of the meal was terrific. We had no complaints at all. The prices however are ridiculous.

    Fast and friendly service. Food was delicious as usual. They changed up the menu a bit, still has the classic favorites but also some new dishes that may appeal to others.

    The service was exceptional. We had the surf and turf. The steak was very good but the lobster was mushy. And that fake butter they serve is not good. Also if your gonna serve a $5 bottle of wine for $1 /Ounce s as least put a different label on it. The biscuits were amazing as always.

    Had too long of a wait. Made special seating ahead of time but we still had too long of a wait. Help was not adequate. People were leaving due to the wait time. They were seating only 5 or 6 tables at a time. More help was needed. We have been in Red Lobster many times while in Green Bay but this was the worst experience we have had. Came for our 57th wedding anniversary and it turned out to be a bummer. We have visited Red Lobster many times over the years was greatly unhappy this time. I realize that help is hard to find, but you can't operate this way and survive.

    Our meals were great very tasty,and portion sizes more than generous,we were seated quickly with no fuss Our server was very nice and friendly and attentive without being intrusive all round a pleasant experience.

    The best part of dinner was our server, William. He is the best! My rice was quite bland. Not serving broccoli any longer. Bummer!

    Even with an Open Table "wait-list" that should have worked in our favor and arriving 20 minutes before our requested time, we waited an hour, and we watched as some parties who arrived after us and were not on the wait list were seated before us. Simply put it was disorganized chaos and very frustrating. Not a fun experience to end an already stressful year!

    We had a 6pm reservation via OpenTable at the Green Bay, Wisconsin location. We arrived early at 5:40 and let her know we had an OpenTable reservation but were early. She checked us in and told us we had 16 people ahead of us, and it would be about 20 minutes. We waited, waited, waited... got to listen to the hostesses gossip about other employees and talk about how the manager doesn’t know what he’s doing. Finally at about 6:18 I asked how many more tables were ahead of us. I was told 14. I told her that was impossible because I’d been waiting almost 40 minutes and had a reservation. Apparently the woman that checked us in, failed to do so correctly and we were thrown in the hopper of names of everyone else walking in. She did this to us and two other couples. Another hostess realized, yelled at the original hostess and then another hostess sent me a text saying the table was ready. They sat two more tables before us. By the time we sat down, we were annoyed. Quite frankly if we didn’t have a gift card to use we would have walked out. The food was ok. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The drinks were awful! Way too much margarita mix and salt- ugh! Couldn’t even finish it. I don’t need to go back to Red Lobster anytime soon.
