Red Lobster’s Experience has deteriorated over time. Meal was OK but we won’t be running to go back.

Our experience was miserable. The reservation was not honored. We had to wait for over an hour to be seated . The staff told us that they were not following reservation schedule and could not understand why we were even given an option to make reservations. The table that we were seated at had no utensils, utensils finally arrived 10 minutes after our food . The food was greasy and over salted. We will not be back

Seemed unorganized. Called to see if we would need reservations… after 2 calls, was put on hold each time. No reservations or call ahead, didn’t know about open table!!!! We arrived not busy AT ALL was told it would be 20 minutes for our table. There was literally 6 people in restaurant. Waitress was great!

Bathrooms out of order. Cole slaw not fresh, very soggy, not edible..otherwise, food was acceptable.

Even though we had a call ahead reservation, we had to wait about 35 minutes for a table. Our server "Grandma" Wendy was very cordial and attentive. Our food and drinks were good, but our entrees could've been hotter. The rolls as usual were warm and plentiful.
