We let the desk attendant know that we had signed up for the waitlist on open table so she informed us she would 'check us in' but the wait would be about 20 minutes. There truly is no point in joining the list on open table as it is exactly the same as just walking in and waiting to be called. The service was terrible. We waited for our food for over an hour. Our waiter kept forgetting things we had ordered given the restaurant was not packed. Overall, it was a bad experience. We got there at 6:45pm and left at 9pm on a Sunday for a table of 4. Horrible experience.

The food it self was ok. Some items really seemed as though they had been waiting for someone to order it so they could serve it. We ordered the surf and turf that had steak and lobster on a kabob. The steak was tough and temp was barely warm. Our server would sporadically stop by. We had to wait for about 20 mins for him to finally stop by to help us with our check. We needed to remove an item that we ordered and never received.
Nile our waiter was wonderful. Very friendly and engaging.

Over all good experience, food was hot, took a bit longer to get the food than expected, but worth the wait, did not have to wait to be seated (an unusual experience at this location).

We had a nice family meal and everyone-from the kids to the adults-enjoyed their dinners.
We had a reservation at 8: 30 pm, we were told that will still have to wait as there was a long line ahead of us!! I was like so what's the point of having a reservation?? We ended up sitting till 9:10 pm. The waiters or that manager who greeted the gust at the entrance were just hanging around while the food was still left on the table from previous costumes. they did not bother to take care of it sooner than later to have more ppl come in as the wait was still bad.!!!!!
I don't think I'll ever go there on the weekend as well as make a reservation. Pointless
The first time ever-ever the hostess and food was perfect. Especially when my food was served to me hot.
Service was terrible. Waiter obviously wanted to be anywhere but waiting on us. Either completely ignored or just no personality - had to ask for a water refill 3 times - then refilled my water as I paid the check. Food was cold and tasted very blah - broccoli tasted like it had been steamed in vinegar.
Server and food was great.
However told host when checking in that this was a open table reservation. Apparently instead of checking me in,he cancelled the reservation.
After contacting Open table I was issued credit for my reservation.
This was not your regular host.
Other than that,all good as usual!
Walking into this establishment is an underwhelming experience(which to be honest, is expected for red lobster). Even with using open table to make a reservation(or call ahead placement) we were still waiting 15 mins after checking in, standing in a cramped and crowded sitting area stuffed with older patrons with little sitting room. The hosts gave us a device to vibrate when the table was ready but proceeded to ignore using them by yelling out peoples names.. mind you they are well aged and have little voices so we had to strain ourselves to hear and we were onpy 3 feet away. When we finally got our table, our waitress (Breanna) came over to greet us and apologized for not realizing we were sat. She explained she is new so kudos to her for surviving a Saturday shift; its not fun. She was polite and tried her best so this is not about her but rather the clumpy appetizer and the missing items on my main plate. The lobster artichoke dip came out with little to no bits of lobster and the dip was over cooked so it was extremely clumpy and unappetizing. So okay, its just the appetizer, whatever we came here for the main course anyways. I ordered the lobsterfest surf and turf with an upgraded lobster baked potato instead of the mash. Haha i know; thats a sh*t ton of lobster. So it comes out. Steak is perfectly rare... sitting in a bed of mash potatoes.. and a baked potato on the side with no fixings in place of my green beans.. oye... and love the girl but no steak knife.. so 5 minutes later.. when ive already ate around my steak comes all my fixing and by that time im just ready to leave.. sad because i really wanted desert. Oh well lesson learned
Host was excellent as always. Very friendly and personable. Overall food was good,however,green beans looked a little shabby. The baked potato was cooked really good this time (and hot). Seafood,good as always.
Waitress seemed rushed even though by the time I got there lunch crowd was basically gone.
I did ask for a box for rest of food, she brought it along with the check, never asking if I wanted coffee or dessert. She was just ok. Sorry but just being honest. I’m sure it was probably end of her shift and maybe she just wanted to finish up.
