We had a reservation the restaurant was empty and they sat us next to the workers rolling up silverware talking loud. We had to remind the waitress to bring our drinks out after she already brought us our appetizers and our salad, that had tomatoes on it after we requested none. Our salmon had a hair inside of it-the waitress saw the hair. The manager came to the table and said to us “I’m not saying there wasn’t a hair in it, but I didn’t see it” we were polite and asked for another salmon. Nothing was taken off our bill. Overall we are not going back and don’t recommend.

It was nice to see a lot of people dining there. Our server Becky was nice and attentive. Food was great. Will definitely go back

I took my nephew to Red Lobster for his birthday. The best part of the visit was the server…she was very attentive & knowledgeable. Negatives were that the restaurant was freeeezing that there was no longer a crab leg dinner option, which was the reason my nephew chose this restaurant. We may due by ordering another meal that included a couple of crab legs, but definitely not what he was hoping for. And I feel the prices were expensive for what was received.

I used the app for the appointment to get my table. I still had about a 15 minutes past our appointment time. It was very busy though. We we seated and greeted. Our waitress was pleasant and did a pretty good job except she forgot to bring my wife’s tomato caprice. We were full and wanted to leave so I let it go and didn’t ask for the $2.49 back. Overall a good experience.

Could have been an off night. Service was mediocre at best. The steak I got with my lobster was very fatty and tough. The wife loved her meal.

Good food and good service. Everything a Red Lobster is supposed to be. It did not disappoint and the meal portions were very generous.
