The food was really really good so most definitely compliments to the chef. We went recently for Father’s Day and the appetizers starters salad, and main dishes are all really superb (entrées were New York strip, short ribs, grilled salmon.). It is on the expensive side, very expensive so you have to be prepared for that and as much as I like the food, the ambience was a little off pudding. It doesn’t have the look or feel of a real restaurant, looks more like an upscale cafeteria/playroom with the billiard table and Large candle like ornaments. Has a very casual feel, very casual not at all like an upscale restaurant, which is what the price would dictate. The really high ceilings and Floor ceiling glass windows would be really appealing, If you were NOT looking out onto Main Street of White Plains and had a bit of a better view and more sophisticated decor.

We have been before & I thought it’d b a great Father’s Day place. I was disappointed I couldn’t do the Dim Sum without the whole table but I get it, makes sense. Ordered the steak frites as it says it was fillet instead if the hangar steak. Steak was not good though & very small for the price. My daughter also got it but her nest was very bad, too chewy to eat. We enjoyed the sushi, lobster dumplings, spring rolls, oysters, salad & bread though!

We love the dim sum brunch concept and thought it would be a fun way to celebrate Father’s Day. Our server, Jennifer, was amazing! Overall the food was good but there was way too much of it!! No need for 10 courses! The shrimp fried rice should be removed…it has no flavor and added nothing. The burrata salad was good but not necessary and felt out of place with the other food. The chicken and waffles and steak and eggs were both good but the portions could be half the size.

Always exceptional food and service! Dry aged rib-eye is divine and the go to, filet is also delicious. Highly recommend.

Definitely a great choice for a special occasion or if you’re craving steak! The service was outstanding and each dish we tried was better than one before it. From start to finish we enjoyed it.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Red Horse last Sunday, June 8th. Corey and Tommy took care of us, and they made our anniversary special, which we really appreciated. Our meal was excellent, and we talked about other experiences we'd love to try there, such as the Tomahawk, which we will be back for! The food is always great at David Burke properties, as we frequent a few of them. What makes the experience over the top and unique are the people who help you to select and enjoy everything while you are there. I dined at Red Horse for a birthday dinner. The food was amazing. The food combinations were very different, but very enjoyable. Every dish was of great quality, and was well prepared. The service was also great. There was staff to take our orders and another set of staff to keep the table cleared. Everyone was extremely friendly. I would definitely return.
