   Waited too long for our meal. Customers who arrived after us were greeted and served prior to us. One of the servers tried to argue what was on the pre fix menu; had to get management involved. Although the leaders tried hard to recover the overall horrible experience - it was still awful compounded by it being Mother’s Day - ugh!!

   Overall it was a nice evening but we were disappointed with the service and value. We received our appetizers quickly but waited about 45+ minutes for our main course We were not updated on the progress until we pulled the server over and asked on the status. She told us the kitchen was backed up. We understand the restaurant was busy but overall spent a crazy amount of money so we feel like we should have been updated on the progress of our meal. Between the service and the cost we will probably not be going back.

   Service was not consistent when getting a drink , a bit disorganized . Tried the new dim sum brunch : 10 courses . Not “ real” Asian dim sum which was disappointing . It was the “ concept “ of dim sum . Everything from pastries to steak and waffles . The dumpling course came out cold . Food was good but not out of this world .

   Was expecting a little better service. At first the waiters were attentive, but no follow through, and didn't replenish our drinks, or ask how things were. Took a long time to get the check; was incorrect, so it had to be fixed. The food was good, but there were some things that were not well seasoned and the dessert, although presented beautifully, was not very good. The donuts were hard and dense, and the cookies were too sweet. Some of our favorites were the steak and eggs, the bacon appetizer, the shrimp spring rolls, and the pancakes with fresh berries and whipped cream. Will probably try it again since it was their first time offering their American style dim sum and that may have been why they were a bit overwhelmed.

   American dim sum experience was amazing Evenly paced one bite more delicious than the next.

   The food and service were excellent! Very attentive staff. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Our server sent us two glasses of prosecco and our dessert was decorated for our anniversary. Our appetizers were so flavorful ( octopus and chorizo skewers & tuna salmon tartare) Our entrees were cooked to perfection and the presentation was great ( filet & pork chop with clams casino)

   We had a wonderful celebration dinner at Red Horse. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. The service was incredible; both the wait staff and bussing staff were attentive and friendly. The food was fantastic, fresh and presented beautifully. We’ll be back to try more of the menu, especially the new Dim Sum brunch!
