   I came with a large group around 8:30pm, after the dinner rush, and we enjoyed their signature cocktails, appetizers, and desserts. It was a cute little place, and I hope to go back soon for dinner. The service was attentive.

   A very nice experience. I was looking forward to the red door and the service and food was excellent. My mother is slightly hard of hearing and the volume level of the music made it difficult to communicate. For a family style dinner on a holiday where older people might attend i felt the volume excessive.

   My wife and I had a Thanksgiving dinner that was superb in its composition, presentation & taste. We are looking for reasons to go back to Red Door!

   I went here with one family member for the Thanksgiving Prix Fixe. The food was very tasty and included some dishes that I wouldn't expect at Thanksgiving, which were welcome additions. The wait staff was friendly and helpful.

   Great food, great service, great atmosphere. My waitress recommended a new beer that I absolutely loved. 15 minute walk from Clybourn Metra station. Try the Poutin. It was amazing.

   Excellent beer list, mediocre service, food concepts were very good but the execution was sorely lacking. Chef needs to get it together.

   Food was all right, but waitstaff seemed out of sorts and though I can roll with a lot, I get concerned when I see basic waitstaff etiquette fall by the wayside (fingers on glass rims while setting juice down, difficulty remembering order details, a bit flustered and distracted). Most people working seemed hungover from Friday night before. House potatoes were good, omelet mediocre. My friend loved the short rib. Overall, the experience was fine, but not extraordinary. Was hoping for more, because I love my neighborhood and want this small business to do well.

   This place was highly rated when it opened years ago and I haven't been back since recently. Unfortunately, the food wasn't as good as I remembered which was a bit of a disappointment. However, they continue to carry good whiskey.

   it was really fun. loved the patio...the lighting was perfect. the only problem is that it to 20 minutes for the waitress to even stop by, then anther 15 before we got our first drink. that's 35 minutes sitting at our table with no drink. i used to be in the business and that is way too long to wait. food very yummy but came out extremely slow...we were in no rush but all super slow.

    Food was very good. Good enough that we'll go back despite a poor experience. I needed to change my reso. to 8:30. A man answered & said "oh, you weren't planning on eating were you?" I told him "yes, that's why I made an Open Table reservation". He asked if I wanted to sit inside or out. I told him I didn't care & he said "Oh, OK then. I'll tell them to change it", but he never asked my name or told the host. Server was nice, but forgot our drink (I had to get it from the bar) and never gave us any warning that the kitchen was closing (website says 12:00). We said we were going to order a lot & quickly ate a "snack", 2 app's and 1 entrée. When we tried to order more (9:10) she said "sorry, it's closed" and offered a shot instead
