Table for 6! Food was great but very loud atmosphere yesterday!

Excellent service! The food is always amazing, the decor is great, and prices are very fair! Oh and bar cocktails are on point.

One of our favorite places to dine. The food is amazing and the servers are friendly and attentive. Within the last month, we have eaten there three times. I believe the Red Door Woodfired Grill is actually our favorite restaurant! Try the O’Fallion Red Ale.

Service was not good on 02/14/19- the restaurant was very busy but our server did not communicate to us that there was an issue with our main course, if this had been communicated to us I would not have been so upset. The manager was useless as well as the server. I will not return to this restaurant.

We were really disappointed with our first visit to Red Door. We were seated at the top of the stairs, right next to the bar area, where the wait staff would check out and talk with each other. It was a terrible location and the table seemed to be placed there just to handle overflow, but with the constant stream of wait staff behind us and the stream of parties coming up the stairs it was really difficult to hold a conversation.

We are here almost weekly and we’ve yet to have even an okay experience. Everything is always great! The servers are friendly and knowledgeable, the food is always delicious! We love that this place is close to home and has a real neighborhood feel! We’ll be back next week I’m sure!

Glad to have reservations. Seated promptly at reservation time amid others who had been waiting awhile. Glad to have a restaurant in brookside that honors the reservation time above walk-in. Service was exceptional.

Fun vibe. Lots of great choices on the menu. We had a last minute cancellation for half of our party and some problems with the others. They were extremely understanding. Seated me right away and didn't make me feel like an imposition as so many places do. Try it!

Got the blue burger. Tasty. Server was super great. Charming, accurate, good guy. Will be going back.

We went for the Thursday night Chicken special. It was delicious!

There's not much space between the seat and the table so you feel hemmed in (yes, I'm not a small person but even the smallish people at the booth felt confined)

Love the food. The kid's menu is a great value as well.

Never had a bad meal at Red Door. I miss the onion rings thou! I usually order a caesar with grilled shrimp. Croutons are yummy. A tad bit expensive for what you get.

Everyone in our party was very happy with their food. There was a very cold draft when anyone came in through the back door.

Great place. Would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a great and fun evening out. Excellent management and waiters. Food was the best.

Party of 5. 2 entrees came after 1 hour. 3rd entree came 10 min later. Last 2 entrees were about to be delivered 20 min later when we declined the food. They said Ok. And didn’t apologize for how long it took. They charged me for th first course ($5) for the entrees that we never got. Mgr should have comped that $5 1st course and at least a round of drinks. I get it. Thinks happen but I feel like mgr dropped the ball on customer service. No apology. We patronize bks restaurants a lot. 816-210-8260. Lesley Reller.

Very good for brunch and good service. Received our food in a reasonable time.

Went with friends for restaurant week brunch, The restaurant week menu selections were yummy; there was was no difference in regular menu pricing except for the $2.50 mimosas vs $8 reg price. I’ve never been disappointed with a meal at Red Door.

Awesome Restaurant week menu. So good, came back a second time and had lunch rather than brunch which was equally great! Great service too!

Our favorite neighborhood restaurant. Great food and fantastic service. Come before 7 p.m. and get great happy hour prices on appetizers and make a meal out of them and a couple of sides if you're not up for an entree.

Very laid back. Can get pretty loud at times but that's to be expected during game nights.

It’s a sports bar. The food is good, the service is good, but it’s a crowded sports bar. If you need a sports bar around Brookside, go. If you live in the Northland, there are other places to go.

Had a great birthday dinner with my family. The skillet bourbon pecan pie dessert was awesome!!

First visit during restaurant week. Food, service and atmosphere was exceptional. Best grilled salmon i can remember eating. This establishment knows how to provide a unique positive eating experience. Will definitely visit again.

Sunday brunch was fantastic. Food was excellent and the service was even better.

Food was good, appetizer was forgotten, noise was loud. I think if you're looking for a sports bar it is good, if you're looking for a nice sit down dinner where you can have conversation you should probably go elsewhere.

Food and ambiance were fine. We asked for a warm table and were seated near the back of the restaurant. People kept going in and out of the back door. We froze and had to keep our coats on. Dinner was not enjoyable. Red Door needs to get a double door to help with this problem.

Another wonderful experience, burger night on Monday can't be beat for a thrifty night out, with quality food.
