    Amazing steaks, mushrooms and garlic mashed potatoes! Service was unbeatable and the place has great history behind it!

    Nice bar area and drinks, waitress seemed a little overwhelmed, Soups were very good. My wife and I both had steaks but mine was a little over medium rare. Homemade hash browns are excellent but could have been warmer. We were given an ice cream sampler as an anniversary gift, nice touch! Mass confusion when the bill arrived due to transfer of our pre dinner bar bill. Took 3 attempts to get it corrected! Overall very good, somewhat pricey but a great place for a special occasion.

    We went on a Sunday, so it was family style dinner. Cheese Curds were very delicious!! Shrimp Cocktail was good as well, medium to large pieces. Relish tray was very disappointing. We were thinking old supper club style with a variety of olives, pickles, peppers, etc. You only receive green olives (pickled?), some crackers and a parmesan cheese butter. Ribs were outstanding! The meatloaf was delicious, unusual slicing, envision a slice of bread, two pieces like that. The fried chicken was pretty fatty. Mashed Potatoes were amazing! Green beans fresh and cooked well. Peach Cobbler was awesome!!! Ice cream Sundae was unusual, Neapolitan style flavors, but was good.

    Servers were polite but a bit inexperienced What bugged us is they kept wanting to clear plates that had food still on them They didn’t just ask once it was a bit too much Otherwise service was very good One of us had the Walleye and loved it, one had the ribeye and really liked it, I had the fried chicken with mashed potatoes The breading was to my favorite, good but not the classic crispness and a bit too much herbs Dark meat was good, the white meat was dry Mashed potatoes had good flavor but were just warm, for me they shud have been hotter when they came out

    We’ve been there twice, both excellent experiences. The staff is world class. They always do something to make your visit memorable. The history and the way they celebrate it is so cool. Steaks are done the way you ask for them, drinks are made with care, we’ve never been disappointed with anything we’ve tried. Really special place!

    We haven’t been to Red Circle Inn since it as sold about 2 years ago… What a surprise! The staff was amazing and so were our dinners. Classy presentation of food, vegetables were perfect… slightly aldente and delicious. Ribs, Salmon, and Stuffed Shrimp with Crabmeat were excellent. There were 4 of us so we did taste each other’s food. The seasoning is balanced and savory. Just go … then you will understand and I think you will be as delighted as we were. The Beef Stroganoff was another culinary delight… Uniquely inspired and extraordinary … well put together … homemade noodles, perfect sauce, delicious and tender beef..I wish I had ordered it… and I will next time!

    The roasted tenderloin dinner was perfectly delicious! Including the buttery mashed potatoes and sauces! Mary our server did an excellent job as well.

    My husband and I talked it up to our family & unfortunately, for the cost of 8 of us we felt let down. Service lacked but others jumped in to help which was great. We expected more, but I would still try it esp if you’ve never been.
