Jake the bartender was phenomenal!! He had informed answers to every question we asked about the menu. The cocktails were great, the wine suggestions were beyond our expectations, and the food was simply on an another level. 11 out of 10: would recommend Red Ash and Jake.

Delicious! I have been going here for their octopus dish since they opened! The special appetizer was fantastic and their cocktails and service are always outstanding. Love sitting in the bar area.

Birthday dinner here did not disappoint! The cocktails were scrumptious and the food was so delicious. Highlights were the carpaccio, squash blossoms and the short rib truffle pasta. To end we had the olive oil cake which was perfection. Thank you for making my birthday spectacular. We will definitely be back!

We were a few minutes late for our reservation but the restaurant comped an appetizer for the wait we experienced anyway. We enjoyed the chef’s counter views. Our waiter was helpful, attentive, and gave us the perfect balance of space and service across each course. It was difficult to pace ourselves when we indulged in the tomato burrata and bone marrow appetizers but we managed to share the Caesar salad, dry an aged tomahawk, and spaghetti alla chitarra. There were three of us and we definitely took home leftovers. We tried our best to save room for the very generous portion of an excellent tiramisu dessert that we ordered in the end. While the food never disappoints (having dined here on multiple occasions), the service really set the tone for me tonight to thoroughly enjoy a special meal with my husband and daughter.

Had a wonderful time celebrating my bf’s birthday. They even gave us dessert for free which really made it special.
