We put all our heart and soul into a creative and unique experience. Our Omakase is a pre-fixed menu based on raw fish and shellfish. All our fish, rice, and ingredients come from Japan, prepared with Japanese techniques and elements. Our Omakase is a fine dining, intimate experience, prepared in front of our guests to highlight the integrity of our dishes.
DIARY RESTRICTIONS have to be informed in advance. Please note that some requests we can not accommodate.
NOT ALLOW outside bottles or food.
SEATING AT THE BAR is the same courses as AT THE TABLE. Our professional servers will explain the intricacy of every dish.

Rebel is our favorite place to go for a special occasion. The food is delicious, fresh and unique - every dish is beautifully prepared. The chef is the owner and creator of all the dishes. The hostess is the kindest, most thoughtful person and makes the experience so memorable. All the food is served on lovely dishes ordered from Japan. The restaurant is simple, beautiful and clean, and the entire experience is relaxing. I highly recommend going. You’ll love it!

Absolutely fabulous ! I never write reviews and just had to for this. We have been there three times since February! Booking the brunch for my next visit. My husband and I travel the world and this is our favorite California spot.

Amazing experience! This was our second time coming to Rebel Omakase (the first was when they opened in 2021), and I’m so pleased to know that their staff, food and overall experience has not changed, if not gotten much better! The staff are very courteous, offer recommendations for wines and sake, and the chef and his team are extremely professional and spot on with their food. You can see the love and care everyone has for this wit guests. HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming to Rebel if you get the chance!

We invited our daughter and SIL for dinner at RO. Having a busy household to run each day, this night was particularly memorable for them. It was a chance to relax in a calming atmosphere and enjoy the excellent food and service. It was a new level of dining experience unlike other Japanese restaurants in the immediate area that they frequent.

Our experience was truly phenomenal. The service was outstanding. The food absolutely fantastic. Of course it was very pricey, but it really did feel so special. Extra points for the Polaroid picture of each group at the end of the night. It’s fun to have a memory of the evening live on our fridge. I may not be back soon, but I will definitely be back when the next extra special occasion arises!

Maybe the best Omakase experience I’ve ever had. Honestly better than the dozen times I’ve been in Japan. This restaurant is a treasure. The monkfish liver was also extraordinary. Wish there was a red wine by the glass selection but I enjoyed the sake as well. The quality is EXCEPTIONAL.

overall great experience marred by one issue: 1) there was only one sushi chef, and he had no assistants at the bar, so what was supposed to be a one hour lunch took about 1hr and 45 min. I would go back tho. Very good.

Absolutely worth it. Hesitant to try initially based off price and cancellation policy, but I can assure you it is worth it. Had a lunch date with a very old friend and it was great catching up. The food was out of this world. The only thing that could be improved upon is if the courses came listed on a card or a sheet of paper. I specifically remember the A5 Wagyu. The lobster egg custard with greens, Hokkaido uni, baby squid gold flakes, shiitake mushrooms, and greens. Dessert was vanilla ice cream with truffle honey and shave truffles. Unbelievable! I didn’t take enough pictures!!
