Food too salty. Food overpriced.

Always had a wonderful time at this restaurant. We are sad to see it go and hope similar concepts are brought to town soon. It might fare even better in west knoxville area

This was our second visit to Rebel Kitchen and it was just as amazing as the first. You can see and taste the passion they have for their craft. I have never experienced anything like it. I wasnt familiar with the food on the menu but decided to give it a try and was so happy I did. They explained how everything was prepared and what their inspiration was for each dish. They made the whole experience wonderful. Very talented group of people! So thrilled I got the chance to experience it!

Excellent experience! The atmosphere was fun/lively. Our server did a great job making recommendations and explaining the menu. We will definitely return!

the drag brunch adoption was a bit off, especially since i'm use to such great sound control at this location. however, the food quality was on par with the high standards i have for this restaurant. very sorry to see them leave, thank you for having great fresh food.

Love this place

Quite expensive. Food was not amazing, nor unique in any way discernible way...other than that the portions were exceptionally small. A five course vegetarian meal was over $100- and I left hungry. Automatic 20% gratuity applied on top of it. I don’t even eat THAT much, so I can’t imagine how one who’s a big eater might feel after paying such a hefty price for such pitiful potions. The service was fantastic- That’s the one positive from my experience at rebel kitchen.

Wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner - very pleased with superb service from the waitstaff and sommelier as well as phenomenal food selections.

Valentines Day Menu was phenomenal! The chef accommodated our dairy sensitivity without hesitation. We did not feel we missed out on anything. Great Great Experience

Too bad the place is closing! We really enjoyed the dinner and have always had a good time at the wine bar. Their sommeliers sure know their stuff!

Food and service were wonderful. Was our first trip. Hated to hear they are closing the end of the month. Wish we had come sooner. Try to get in before they are gone.

We were not impressed with our food at all. It seemed like the restaurant was trying too hard and the execution and flavors weren't there. The service was incredibly slow. We were a party of two, ordered almost immediately after we arrived and spent about two hours at the restaurant. The only high points of our meal were the potatoes that came with the steak and the duck. Otherwise we were not impressed and would not return.

Rebel kitchen has a select menu of amazingly crafted food

Food was amazing!!! My wife and daughter’s favorite restaurant. Portions are all on the small side for price. However, still one of the nicest restaurants in Knoxville in a wonderful area (Old City) which has a lot of great vibes.

Four of us shared a variety of dishes, and all were delicious. We will go again in the future. Appreciated the tiny little beans and crunchy peas -- unique vegetables.

The brunch menu was very small with little to choose from and not much variety. My friend and I both left hungry and disappointed. I would not recommend this place for weekend brunch.

Have wanted to try Rebel Kitchen for a while. I highly recommend counter seating. Entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We went duck the whole way! Strayed with rosemary infused duck fat, then duck confit, and my boyfriend got the duck entree. I got the trout, and both dishes were beautifully paired with seasonal vegetables cooked to perfection. Also worth noting that we ended the meal with one of the best cappuccinos I have ever had! Can’t wait to go back.

The food was an experience. Each dish on the menu was explained to us by our waiter, Brad. He did a great job, from the wine selection to the dessert. We chose a dish from each section of the menu and they were not only delicious but an education in culinary creations. The fried oysters we had for a starter were very unique. The noodles from the second section of the menu were tasty too. The only negative I found at all was that the noodles from the second section of the menu were a tad too salty for my taste, but my husband found them to be spiced just right. As to the entrees, my husband chose the beef which was perfection. I chose the trout and it was also excellent. You cannot go wrong at The Rebel Kitchen.

Excellent evening at Rebel Kitchen for New Year’s Eve. The menu was fabulous and the wine pairings were perfect for the courses. Food used to be great. Really disappointing this visit.

The atmosphere was very nice, the drag show was entertaining, and the service was good. I honestly thought the brunch was overpriced and wasn't very good. Tortillas were very tough to chew and it was a little cold.

Awesome fun, great food and drinks, great atmosphere, great service, great management, amazing fun entertainment, all around fabulous. We recommend everyone to visit The Old City Wine Bar/ Rebel Kitchen!!

At first glance, the limited menu was a little disappointing; or so we thought. There was something for everyone and the food was fantastic. The drinks were very good, the service was outstanding. We will definitely be back again. What a gem of a restaurant! Great job to all.

We split the Mushroom small bites, the Squash starter, then I had the Duck and my wife had the Fall vegetable plate. Dessert was Carrot Cake. It was all delicious. The sommelier recommended a great wine and it was perfect. Wonderful meal!
