Modern Classy French Bistro
Great atmosphere, professional and friendly staff, the finest and delicate seasonal ingredients locally sourced. well prepared and served with love à la Française.
Our motto : La cuisine, L'amour, La vie.
Delicious food, great cocktails, attentive service, respectably priced.
The food was amazing!
I think it was our Waitress's first day, so that was the only unfortunate part as she wasn't able to answer any questions at all.
I had the burger it was ok. I would not order it again. My friend had the duck, he said it was tasty, but chewy
The food was great and innovative. The atmosphere and service terrific!
Great food, great service, great atmosphere! We really liked the mussels that were on special. Salmon and tuna tartar were also winners.
Nice spot. Wednesday is 50% off on selected wines. Service was solid. Food was... ok. Quiet atmosphere with outdoor seating. We will try again to see if the food is better.
Love this restaurant. Small and pleasantly intimate. Excellent food presented perfectly with good wine to pair with.
Sat outside and enjoyed a leisurely brunch on a sunny day. The staff were very friendly, prompt and the meal was delicious! What a great neighborhood gem!
RDV is a gem. The food is eclectic and delicious. Amazing wine choices as well as fun and tasty cocktails. I can’t wait to return!
Amazing food. Great ambiance.. good vibes
Remains as authentic and friendly as ever! Truly a gem
Great neighborhood French. High quality at a reasonable price.
Loved this place but...
The food was outstanding. A flavorful but light french toast and fruit was great and the shakashuka was bold and done perfectly. The front was handled by 3 pros who made sure the customers had what they needed.
But...no coffee at Sunday brunch because of a technical problem with the machine? Go to the Starbucks around the corner and get a few carafes for your clientele !
This was my first time at RDV for any occasion. The unlimited mimosa deal was great for us. I ordered the Le Parisien and it was wonderful. The other diners with me enjoyed their meals as well. There was live music, which wasn’t intrusive despite it not being a very large establishment. The GM was very friendly and accommodating. It started to get busier as the day went on but that’s only natural when there aren’t a ton of people working. Highly recommended!
This is a gem of a restaurant! It transports you to a small bistro in the south of France. Inventive cuisine, fresh and local ingredients and charming atmosphere.
I love this restaurant. Exceptional food and service, and lovely ambience. The summer salad, watermelon gazpacho, spreads, and loup de mer are divine. ...and Meti is a wonderful waiter. One of my favorites.
Love the ambience. I feel transported to Provence. Wonderful food. The loup de mer is heavenly. Great wine list and very good service.
Always wonderful! Food is fabulous and service so special! Thank you, Kfir and Joseph!
Great place to meet up with friends for Sunday brunch. Had the polenta. Huge portion. Got side of string beans which was delicious. Kid friendly (another table also had a child).
Everything was fantastic from the time we walked in. The staff was very friendly andvattentive. The Tuna Tartar was INCREDIBLE I look forward to going back.
I was in Harlem, felt like I was in Harlem. Yet, the mood was French.
Constantly evolving menu (though with some favorites remaining) , keeps getting better.
Fabulous all around, we cannot wait to go back to this fantastic restaurant.
Nice small restaurant in south Harlem. Amazing food!
Food is good, but not to die for. Service is good, but not the best.
Everything ...I mean everything was just great.
Had a wonderful dinner with a good friend here! Great atmosphere and a great Rośe happy hour - but think of it as a classier happy hour.
Only criticism I would have was our main course dishes were slow to arrive and it got a bit warm in the space on a muggy-humid day in NYC.
Great value on the menu overall - the food was daaalissh!
Will be returning and recommending to friends who live in our area and to people looking to explore the fantastic neighborhood of Fredrick Douglas Blvd. and Central Park West.
Great local place in Harlem to eat a refreshing cuisine and remarkable drinks.
Awsome. Ideal place for a date.
Relaxed Brunch atmosphere. If you're in a hurry then be sure to let your server know; otherwise, enjoy the time they give you to relax and talk with friends as you survey the menu, make your decision and wait for your delicious meal to be graciously served. It was a breezy summer Saturday, with windows open, music playing (not too loud) and time to kick back.
Always very good. Chef kfir always friendly and outgoing. Will always return for more.
Food was good and ambience was nice-particularly because the weather was beautiful and the windows were open to the outside seating area. Only problem was the limited menu for brunch-although the options my friend and I picked were delicious.
Me and my friend had a very good experience at RDV, the service was great the bellins were delicious and the food very tasty.
My son got sick from the food. Unacceptable! For this price level, the quality should be checked carefully. Not the case obviously.
I was expecting a great service after I read the reviews and stars, service was bad we barely see our waiter food took almost an hour to arrived I had to ask the waiter for our food, eggs were practically hard boiled on a plate it’s supposed to be runny.. first and last time going...
The food is good, but overpriced. The service is absurdly slow, rude and inattentive.
Took mom there for Mother’s Day off of a recommendation from a friend. The food and service were both excellent. The great thing about RDV’s bottomless deal is that it’s 90 minutes from when you get there.. not just until brunch ends. So as long as you arrive before brunch ends.. you can enjoy your bottomless for 90 minutes. I definitely recommend giving them a try.
Our meals were superior and truly reminiscent of quality dining in France. The chicken is absolutely worth the twenty minutes, the duck and dorade equally delicious. Wines by the glass were quite good and our waiter was skilled, friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
This is my go to restaurant. It never fails. It's perfect. It's always delicious, the vibe is friendly and welcoming, it's never disappointing. The chef/owner is committed to local fresh ingredients. He is adventurous without being wild. Drinks are great too. There is attention to detail and beauty. Everyone I've taken here, which now includes almost all of my friends, has been equally smitten. Highly recommend!
The food and service were outstanding! The best tuna tartare and dorado I have ever had and I am frequent ordered of both all over the city! My husband and I ventured from the Upper East Side as we had seen RDV on tv with the chef being interviewed. Immediately we were intrigued and gave it a shot and it was by far one of our most favorite meals in NYC. My husband had the all you can eat mussels and fries which were excellent and offered the night we were there. Highly, highly recommend for anyone who loves French food and wants a great atmosphere with a real deal chef. The vibe inside was also great. GO!!!
