   It was my birthday lunch with my best friends. There was not many people but my server service was really late and he didn’t check how’s lunch going even one time until I finish it. Actually I couldn’t finish lunch because of one of my food was seriously salty none of my table all couldn’t eat. I complained about that and he just gave to me same another pasta. I believe this kind of level restaurant should have to provide better service than that. Of course they have to make other right food and exclude the price because of they ruin my lunch and waist of my time. More respectful way they may can offer some sweets for apologize.

   We had a reservation for 3pm and had to wait to be sat over 30 minutes!! Our overall experience wasn’t the best.

   Food and location was great! The only thing we had a problem with was our service. We had to keep asking both of the people who were waiting on us for refills and/or other things we requested. We had to ask someone else to send over the people who were waiting on us to bring our check at the end of dinner. We were celebrating a graduate and we were suppose to to receive free dessert for her and it took them so long to come back and take the order we just told them to cancel it. Would come back but would hope for better service.

   I booked my reservation in advance and asked for a view of the river but they said they could accommodate. They put us at a table by the kitchen, the furthest away from the river you can get. Several of my guests complained about their food, not being as good as they thought it would be.

   We went for brunch and were seated promptly and were served by Justin and Zachary. Their service was impeccable. Upon being seated we were given the wrong menus but Justin immediately corrected it. When our pimento fritters had scant pepper "jelly" Zachary noticed and brought us a small cup more. I used quotes because the "jelly" was a vinegar liquid and not a true jelly, but it was a tasty accompaniment for the fritters. We enjoyed the bread basket, grits, eggs, challah French toast and the garden omelette. All the food was served at the appropriate temperature and in generous portions. The flavors were all excellent and fresh. We were seated by the large glass windows that overlook the garden and river. It was a peaceful and pleasant view. Conversation was easy as the noise level was low. We had no problem parking. All in all it was a very pleasant expedience.

    The food was exceptional, and the service was top-notch. The ambiance was intimate but not too dark or secluded, and the live music was an excellent touch. We will definitely come back for a special occasion or date night.
