   Food was great, service was great. Management didn’t know how to handle a situation with what was going on with protesters. They should have been more prepared for a situation like that, being where they’re located.

   I want to commend you on the excellent service that was provided to me and my guests on 1/18/23. I didn't get the name of your hostess that night. But, she greeted us warmly as my guests and I grabbed a drink at the bar. Our table was ready but we stopped for just a minute to chill and have a drink before being seated. There was no pressure to move on. Once seated, we had a great experience and enjoyed a fantastic meal. One of my guests commented that it was the best Salmon he has had in quite a while. And, my other guest really enjoyed the special that our server, Latte, recommended. Latte was very attentive to our needs and did a great job in helping us select the right entree and appetizer. Thank you for creating a great atmosphere and staffing it with great people. I look forward to our next experience.

    We had a 7:15 reservation and weren’t seated until nearly 7:45. The hostess told everyone the same line “We have you down and give us a few minutes to prep your table.” On OpenTable, the restaurant’s notes said we only would have the table for one hour and a half. Once seated, we ordered a nice bottle of wine and our waitress poured it around without giving me the opportunity to taste it. When I objected she said “You ordered it right away so I thought you knew you liked it.” Really?! At a restaurant of this level. While the food was great, we will avoid this restaurant next time in Atlanta.

    We -husband/wife rep team- were working a trade show and staying in the the heart of Atlanta. This was our final night and date night. As anticipated and expected it was wonderful !

    Too busy and food service was slow. Drinks took along time too. For spending $276 for two people to eat, we were disappointed. Food was bland and lacking flavor. Nothing was tasty. Wendy's would have tasted better to say.

    We enjoy Ray's. But we did have to wait 30 minutes past our reservation time to be seated and then we we're placed at a small 2 top which in itself wasn't bad but the back and forth of wait staff and other guests on both sides of the table did detract from the ambiance and experience. Also high noise level.

    The Jazz Trio was a lovely addition to the dinner. It was very busy, so we got seated about 40 minutes after reservations. 1 of our steaks was perfect, but 1 was slightly fatty. The salmon with crab topping was not only delicious but presented beautifully. The service once seated was fast and professional. The prices were slightly higher than I prefer, but it was overall a great experience, and I will be back.

    Loved our evening! Reservations were made for 6:30-we were 15 min early and weren’t seated until 7-though told we’d be seated closer to 6:30. However-food was worth the wait! Love being seated in the wine cellar but I couldn’t believe those few tables could be so loud! We ALWAYS eat at Rays and it’s a twice annual special event for our Market run!

    Love Ray’s! As always food was very good.The bread basket is hot and delicious , fritters are always a good idea to enjoy with a before dinner drink. Seafood and steak were good.

    Theresa was an amazing hostess and also checked on us thru our the lunch service. Friendly, always has a smile on her face and wonderful to be around. The food is amazing as always and atmosphere is great.

    Ray’s in the City is always a part of our dinner plans when we are in Atlanta. The food is outstanding and the service is even better. While we have never had less than an excellent t experience our favorites are the Blue Cheese Chips, followed by a Wedge Salad and then the Scallops for dinner. Recommend making reservations well in advance of your visit as this place is not a secret to those who enjoy fine dining.

    We've been coming here with the Amercasmart for 20 years and last night was the worst. Before we ordered we told the waiter how we needed 2 checks split up. The waiter put everything on one and couldn't believe he had to change it. Then my husband asked for a warm up for his coffee. He was told he'd have to charge him. With that cost of a meal we could've get a warm up.? The menu changed from the past and some of our favorites were gone. Plus we had to pay for a bread basket. Even though our venu is right next door and ee have a traffe show twice a year, we'll never be back.

    Our steak was sent back twice. Ordered Med filet and first one was well done. The Redo came back very rare with blood dripping. The table next to the us had same experience. So disappointing since we come back often to Atlanta Mart
