Delicious food. The crab cakes are amazing and the gouda potatoes. Nice ambiance for any occasion.
Disappointing meal. Not expecting an end cut of tenderloin with string attached for the $48 filet mignon price tag. Nice ambiance and location but I thought it was very overpriced.
Birthday for friends - none of the food came out together for ant course. There was some drama with the waiter - never got a single refill on my tea.
Manager did try to make it right but comping dessert and drinks which was much appreciated,
This is 2nd trip where food and or service has not been what we expect from Killer Creek
The food was not tasty. But the wait staff and entertainment was amazing. The appetizers were amazing. Just very disappointed in the taste of the food. I would recommend for drinks and appetizers.
Service was great and food priced fair
Great food, excellent service! Atmosphere was outstanding. A must try.
Our server, Justin was outstanding!! We had outdoor reservations then changed to inside. Justin was so kind. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, bottled wine and great conversation.
The live music was the cherry on the top of a wonderful evening celebrating our Anniversary. The entire staff were so kind.
Food was great, Service was great! Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely go back. Loved dining in the more casual atmosphere of the porch.
Anniversary dinner on the patio was a perfect evening.
Rays offered outstanding service, however I eat at a lot of expensive restaurants and for the money I paid ($351 for 5 people) his dues, I was not impressed with the Sea Bass dish - particularly I thought the brussel sprouts underneath the sea bass completely ruined the sea bass flavor in my opinion. I usually dine at restaurants such as Pappadeaux's, Ruth Chris, Stoney River, Seasons 52, and Firebirds...and my dining experiences at those places are always top notch. I would not normally go out of my way to leave a negative review like this...but you emailed me and asked for my opinion.
Such a beautiful setting. The scallops where exceptional! Superb service as well.
Crab cakes were very good for a restaurant located in Georgia. Brussels sprouts are extremely tasty. Atmosphere is excellent.
Beautiful restaurant. The service was excellent. The piano player and singer sounded wonderful. The food was very good. But comparing it to comparable $$$ restaurants I would give it a A- or maybe even a B+++. It was very good. No major complaints... Just not outstanding. I would rather spend an extra $40 and go to Little Alley's Steak house.
The restaurant has a small combo that is very good but way too loud. Very difficult to enjoy the meal and have a conversation with loud music.
This restaurant already is noisy when it’s full.
Had an end cut of prime rib that was tough and chewy. I expected more for almost $100 per person.
Dasia and Johnny were very good servers and provided a quality customer experience!
My family and I have loved Rays for years. We are even members of their dining club. Food, cocktails and live music are always fantastic. Our waiter was good as usual but there were some menu changes that were disappointing- no steak tartare? no she crab? The options were a bit limited but still very good. That said, I love Rays and will be back.
Wonderful food and service! We sat on the beautiful and scenic patio and our server Malcom was nothing less than amazing. Awesome date night for our 5 year Anniversary dinner!!
Everything was great except the temperature was not good.
Great service and food. Great overall experience!
We had a fabulous dinner salmon had the perfect accompaniment; ribeye was divine; salads were oversized - we’ll be back soon!
We usually really enjoy Ray’s, but this time not so much. My sons both had large Filet Mignons. They both said they were mediocre. Better tasting at home. Lobster tail was hard and over cooked. Good service to start with, but took a long time to finally clear our plates and run our credit card.
Everything was very good. My only complaint was we were not told that the copper river was small and cost $49 and that’s by itself.
It was like 90 degrees inside. The entire group was sweating and miserable because of it.
The Copper River Salmon was superb . We will most likely return over the coming week.
Once we were seated, the experience was great. The food can back very quickly and even though one of our steaks was overcooked, it was taken care of in less than 4 minutes... Awesome job!!!
The lobster was soft and mushy which was disappointing. Ordered a glass of Cabernet and they gave me the highest priced available $36 for a glass. Felt I was taken advantage of by the server. Not what I expected
We love the gin martinis! Food was fantastic - prime rib and sea bass. William was a terrific waiter and it was nice to speak with him about wine. We are regulars and will be back!
Took my fiance and her mother for dinner. The server was outstanding and the food was excellent. Did have a slight problem with the lobster but server quickly corrected the problem.. Had an enjoyable experience, would recommend them to friends and family!
Although reservations were very complicated to make online, the service, food and ambience were wonderful.
We’ve been to the other Ray’s restaurants and this was our first time at this one. Let’s just say, we won’t be back. From us having a terrible, named Jerrod or Gerald, and judgmental server to the food being just decent, if that, it isn’t worth the return. I’d rather drive across town to go to the other establishments than to ever return here. I gave three stars because at least I liked the ambiance and got some inspiration for my new home. If you take away the waiter’s nasty attitude and the subpar food, it may have been a decent experience.
Always top notch service. The food is fantastic and it’s such a pleasant ambiance.
I had high expectations for this place but food was just okay, it’s defiantly overrated.
We have been to Ray’s a few times a year, for the last five years...their food is always excellent, but unfortunately our service was so poor last night, that it essentially ruined the meal/experience. The server was MIA for most of the meal, causing delays in both food delivery and checking in for additional needs/orders. While this hasn’t been the norm, I certainly expect (much) better when you are dropping $500 for dinner—if a manager was visible on our way out, I would’ve addressed this then...Lastly, we we celebrating my son’s high school graduation, which definitely added to the frustration and will be tough to forget.
Boy oh Boy! My Husband and I had an awesome experience at Ray's at Killer Creek for his birthday. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable but the overall experience deserves 10+ stars. This was our first dining experience and will not be our last. We truly enjoyed ourselves.
We were celebrating our anniversary, so we wanted someplace special. Ray’s did that and more! The service was outstanding - we never felt rushed eating, but we also never felt like we were being overlooked. And the food was outstanding - the filet melted in my mouth and was cooked perfectly, and my wife’s crab cake was great. If you have a special occasion, Ray’s is the place to go!
We love Rays at Killer Creek. They make you feel so special! William and Luann waited on us and they supplied us with all our needs. I also got a surprise for my birthday. A piece of Cheesecake with a candle. It was absolutely delicious. We will definitely make this restaurant our go to place for enjoyment and delicious food.
Justin was a great server. Our anniversary dinner was phenomenal.
The food was amazing. I thought that the menu was a tad bit small. I wish there were more main entree meals but I understand that they might want to specialize in less to make sure that the food is perfect!
We come here 3-4x/month, typically on a weekend. Tonight was my husbands birthday and they set up a private table in the Wine Jordan room for us (a welcoming surprise!). Our favorite waiter, Justin is always on point, knows what we love and service is impeccable! The food never disappoints either! Malcolm in the bar area is personable, friendly and always welcoming with a smile, so make sure you stop in there and get a drink and a bite to eat if you dont want to be in the dining room area. We have also sat on the patio and love it out there too! I always try something new for dinner each time we go, so I have had almost the whole menu and have nothing bad to say about any of the meals! Make this your weekly date night and enjoy the evening!
Would recommend this place to anyone. The service was great
