The food was excellent and the staff was great. Very nice vibe
Amazing service loved our server!
No complaints at all. Service was great and food was delicious!!!!!
Great experience, fantastic food, excellent service.
It was expensive though. We had “sticker shock” when we received our bill.
This was our first time here for brunch. Outstanding service and selection. The prime rib and the eggs Benedict were my favorite. We will absolutely be back!
This was my first time dining at this establishment.
I enjoyed every bit of it
The food was fantastic. Our server was awesome. The ambience was lovely. I will definitely visit again and I will also tell my family and friends to do the same
Everything was fine!
Great food, great service with Alfredo (?) and mr. birch. Definitely would recommend.
Excellent food and experience! Liz was awesome, prompt and kind!! :)
Dear Tiffany, Thanks so much for telling us about your recent experience at Ray's at Killer Creek. We're happy to hear that you had a great dining experience with us, and we hope to see you again soon!
Had a an exception birthday dinner! Great experience!
Wonderful dinner. Great food and drinks.
Beautiful Sunday Brunch.. our only complaint was the crab claws were too salty. Everything else was divine
The serving staff is very attentive and professional. The brunch was delicious. I wish they would’ve had one more chef at the carving station along with the omelette station. The young man that was there was doing the best he could but it was a lot of people. He made a delicious omelette. He is a excellent chef. We look forward to coming back again the next time we are on the side of town.
I was here for the brunch over the Valentine's weekend and my date and I have been sick ever since. He got sick immediately from the mussels and I was sick from the Grouper with the heavy cream. This has never happened. Normally the food is great but this time, we both physically had a terrible experience. The service overall was fine but not the food.
Very good brunch
Great ambience and flavorful food, but the Valentine’s Day courses were obviously pre-prepared. The temperature of the appetizers were cold as well as the main course, but after being reheated it was delicious.
I went for Valentines Day Dinner. They decorated the place with balloons which was really nice.
We do like this place. Unfortunately we didn’t realize that the Saturday after Valentine’s Day was celebrated as valentines still. The menu that night was limited and prices were of course higher than usual. The steaks we had were bland and way too charred. We didn’t complain about the food as the couple next to us had one complaint after another that the manager was with them a lot.
Then we realized after dinner that I was served/charged with a top shelf cocktail when I didn’t ask for “top shelf”. Just not a good experience for the price we paid for that night.
Lesson was...we’ll be conscious of holidays and avoid going there. We’ll still go once in a while for a regular weekend dinner.
Excellent service, wonderful ambiance and food. What’s not to like!
My wife and I went the day after Valentines. We unexpectedly encountered the Valentine's Day "special" three course dinner menu, which we dislike. The specials were way too much for us to eat so we picked from the limited a la carte menu.
She ordered 12oz filet mignon medium well, it came butterflied with half medium and half well done. I ordered the 22oz cowboy ribeye, also medium well. It arrived medium rare. After about ten minutes the waiter returned and we told him about the mis-cooked steaks. He ordered another ribeye for me while I the the well done half of my wife's. The second ribeye came underdone worse that the first, rare.
We're talking about a $49 filet and a $65 ribeye. Don't you think a classy steakhouse should be able to at least get it right on the second try? Anyway, they cooked my second steak some more and this time it was well done. We took it home because by the we'd finished and were ready to leave. Manager Billy took the ribeye off the bill, which I didn't expect, so overall we were satisfied. But we'd have liked to eat together without any problems.
My husband and I dined at Ray’s at Killer Creek for Valentin’s Dat. The food was super tasty, and the service was great!!
Had a 10pm Reservation on Valentine’s day and was promptly sat at 10:45pm. Unbeknownst to us, the restaurant required you to order off of their $90/person menu instead of a la carte (as expected). My girlfriend also received a medium-well/charred steak despite requesting the chef recommended (medium-rare/medium). 3 different issues combined into 1 post/poor overall experience. Would not eat there again or refer anyone.
Made reservations for 9:45pm and also got there on time but still had to wait 30min for an table. That's the only down side...
Wait time was 40 minutes with a reservation. Ordered drinks and had to remind the servers twice before they were brought out. Asked for extra lemons which never made it to the table. We had 2 servers which confused each other even more. Meat was literally burnt black. First and last time here for sure.
The restaurant was very nice. I really enjoyed the wood inside and they look over all. I was at first a little put off the menu for Valentine’s Day. After looking at it, they put a great selection together. We really enjoyed the food and Kevin and Justin were great as servers. Look forward to going back sometime.
Food was burnt. It seem like they were just making stuff just to get by for Valentine’s Day. Definitely not worth the price. We left.
Best place ever!!!
The absolute worse I have ever experienced. They crowed us in a back room with no" Room" they originally expected us to seat in the entryway "Table" where customer and server entered with the food. We ask for another table and they acted like it was a problem. No restaurant should seat anyone in the entryway.
Valentine’s Day. Had pre-fixe menu. The waygu ribeye was delicious & perfect. I had the butter cake & my husband had the moussee. We both loved our dessert. The service was slow. It took 30 minutes to get a glass of water. They brought the wine 1st. I said to my husband what about water. Then it came. It is annoying that for a restaurant like Rays there is no bread basket. We were starving by the time the appetizers came. I understand they were busy but it was very slow. Not to mention we were seated 25 minutes after our reserved time. We sat at the bar. My husband went to the bar to get us drinks. When the server finally arrived he was getting back to the table. This was our 1st time at this location. Rays by the river was all booked. I’d give them another chance if we were in the area. I would not go out of my way to go there
Price fixed menu for Valentines Day. Food was okay and service was okay, but could have been a lot better. Staff was young and not very attentive.
Food and service was great!!!
The reservations process needs some work! We had to wait 45 minutes with reservations. That's just ridiculous! I understand it was Valentine's day but really. I've had to wait that long with reservations at any restaurant before. Everything else was wonderful as usual with Ray's.
Food was fantastic. Service was great.
The Valentine's Day evening was excellent. The service food quality was great and you did not feel rushed at all. Highly recommend!
It was the single most worst experience dining out in many many years. I will not be going back anytime soon.
Priced to high for the amount and quality
Everything was excellent for the Valentine's Day dinner. Food choices were excellent, service was great, and the comfort level for all parts of the restaurant were very good.
Set menu for Valentine’s. Awesome choices. No bad choice. I had the Wagyu Ribeye and my wife did the seafood platter. Both were excellent. Great food , service, and environment. The photo booth was an extra bonus.
It was a nice evening, good food and friendly staff.
Amazing valentines celebration ! Thank you to the team at Ray’s for an incredible menu, and a great experience !
