Excelente desde qué haces la reservación ! La comida y el servicio Excelente!!
The food was amazing and the service wasn’t really good. The style of the space is special. Beautiful!
RAYA is a Mario Pagan restaurant, and we feel the best of the three. We were surprised that it wasn’t more crowded because the food and service are spectacular. All plates are to be shared. We ordered the lobster pops, bao sandwiches with shrimp, duck confit with scallion pancakes and lomein with chicken sausages. Everything was delicious.
It’s by far the best experience I’ve had in the restaurant service, Since you enter it is a work of art, everything is beautiful and cozy, the treatment of the staff was by far better than I’d imagined, super friendly, attentive and helpful in all aspects, the food is simply wonderful, I would definitely recommend you try Raya, it's just amazing!
Service at Raya was great. Rafael, our waiter, was excellent. The ambience was very chic but at the same time relaxed. Food...we had dishes that were really good and others that were just good.
I n c r e d I b l e !! Definitely recommend this place !
This was my 27th birthday celebration with 7 friends at 7:30pm. First of all, I called to the restaurant asking to change my reservation 30 minutes later than the hour of the initial reservation and the host told me that she could change it but my stay would be only for 2 hours because they had another reservation at 10:00pm. When we arrived at the restaurant the waiter gave us only 3 cocktail menus and when we asked for more menus the waiter told us that they had limited menus, when they gave us the regular menus they gave us only 3 regular menus when we asked to more menus he told us that they had a limited menus too. When we asked the waiter about the items inside of the regular menus he told us in a very rude and arrogant manner that plates were for sharing and that we should order at least two items per person and that the check would probably be $500.00 if we did not wanted to remain hungry as portions were small (14 plates in total). He took the order except for my best friend; we had to call him again to order in addition, this only delayed his food and ate a little later than the rest. Restaurant and service seemed pretentious like you had to pay in order to receive good attention. No wonder Puerto Rico has no Michelin star establishments. To top it all up, they charged us $5 per person to slice the cake that I had brought and put cheap store bought ice cream.
Amazing ambiance, high quality food with lots of flavors, and excellent service
this one is one of a kind, a fusion of Asian and Caribbean cuisine in the hands of well respected chef Maria Pagan. The food is delicious, the place is gorgeous, the staff is superb,
Excellent experience, food delicious, great ambience, elegant place and very special service. Rafael was very attentive to details explaining us all the wine and food menu and never missed a recommendation. After the first course we went to the balcony with the lagoon view and even there we got wine refill. Everything was awesome
Honestly had a bit higher expectation about this restaurant. Totally bummed because all food tasted the same and was way too salty for my taste. Cocktails where overpriced , especially for Japanese whiskey ( we did not order the expensive brand) at $28 the glass. We have traveled all over and our experience tells us that definitely this place is nothing special and is way overpriced.
Service is above and beyond. Too pricey. Starting with valet.
Comida muy buena y el servicio estuvo muy bien. El ambiente me pareció apropiado para el trópico.
They didn’t miss a beat. The food exceptional and our waitress was knowledgeable about the food and drinks and had an outgoing personality. My family and I had a killer time and the next tine I come to PR I’ll be sure to eat here again. We loved it so much we joined them for brunch on their rooftop restaurant and were not disappointed. Eat here!
Amazing gourmet food and service. The tuna poke is amazing!
Delicious food. Combinations were perfect. From now on this is one my go to place in Puerto Rico
We went for a birthday, a group of 8 adults. It is best to go as a group because this way you can try all the dishes. Great presentation and even better taste. Highly recommended.
Deliciousness in an elegant ambience with near perfect service. Thank you staff for an amazing experience. Lobster lollipops were excellent, as well as the tuna poke with pegao rice. At the bar try the lychee/japanese whiskey cocktali called the Hadouken which came with a sorbet. It was really good. Finish the meal with guava wontons with white chocolate ice cream. Then take it to Arya rooftop for a romantic night cap. Good times
Love this restaurant, we go there all the time, the food and staff are great!!!! It is great to go to a restaurant and they remember your name and treat you as part of the family
Excelente servicio. El smoke duck y la pasta con erizo espectaculares.
Special place. Fantastic staff.
The food was absolutely aweful. They should shut this down and completely redo the menu. The only dish out of 10+ dishes we ordered that was good was the salad vegetable bowl, everything else was so terrible the chef should be completely embarrassed
The concept is mostly small plates to share. The food was very good and portions are average. I'll definitely recommend the restaurant.
Great food, treatment and ambience!
Great ambiance and food!
Fabulous inventive cuisine, beautiful, sedate atmosphere with impeccable service. A joy to dine there.
The occasion was my love’s birthday.
Everything was a scintillating 5 stars, from the service to the silverware. The food was a creative explosion of exquisite flavors. Our bottle of Albariño was soft with a nice finish. If I were asked to change something, I would have put on some smooth classic jazz instead of the lounge music and I would have given the A/C a little break. We will definitely return - with a jacket :-).
Great staff, good food, good ambiance.
Amazing food and excellent service!
Raya has an excellent menu and the service is phenomenal. If you are looking for an option within the Condado area, this is it.
Birthday. Excellent service, food and ambiance!
A little pricey but EXCELLENT SERVICE AND AMBIANCE!
Excellent service and ambiance
Exelente Restaurante , la comida expectacular y mejor el sevicio.
Not your regular asian caribbean food fusion; amazing combination of textures, colors, flavors! The ambience is modern but warm and cozy. The staff is one of the best I have ever encounter in a fine dining restaurant.
The manager and all waitress were very diligent and eager to help that our experience was the best
Drinks are very good and full of different flavors
My first trip to PR, and Rays embodied the great all around experience we had. Truly outstanding on all levels. Food was delicious with creative preparations though subtle and not over the top. We tend to avoid “fusion” cuisine, but Rays makes us rethink that bias. They used the cross pollination to add some new life to traditional dishes.
The service was passionate about the restaurant and ensuring we enjoyed the experience to it’s full potential. Very good wines selection guided by sommelier.
Overall, a delight and our highest recommendation.
