The decor is nice and has great view of the water. But the tablecloth was dirty and I was surprised to see no customers on a nice Saturday lunch time. Ordered chicken katsu curry and it tasted like soap and the chicken was really dry. We also ordered 4 rolls. They were all bland and didn't taste good. I was very hungry so I would have ate anything but we didn't eat much. The price is not cheap either. For 4 rolls, side of fries and 1 katsu curry dish was over $80. Will not return here. No one wonder its quiet there.

My wife got a coupon for this place from her work so we decided to check it out. First of all, it appears they don't know anything about OpenTable because, though we made reservations via the app they had no idea and it was open seating anyway. The main problem was they had one server dealing with a crowd on a Friday night when there was a street festival going on. Bad planning my management there. But we sat a good long time and were told someone would bring us some menus. Then we got passed several times by the one wait staff and the man busing tables and got nothing. Finally, we just got up and left. No idea how the food was. Didn't get a chance to eat.

The sushi here is exceptional! It's location and proximity to the water and shops is awesome. Really nice patio area but the inside is dated and unappealing.

The restaurant was busy but I just used this app to make a reservation. There was a guitarist. Indoor and the bar was full. The outside table was available so I asked s staff and set there. Interesting things started happening. People would gather up in small tables and grab chairs. This would happen again & again and I eventually saw 2 empty tables and people started grabbing bar tables from indoor. Crispy roll only comes in chicken when menu said beef pork chicken or tofu. They also did not have gomae salad. Menu needed updating and they need 30 more chairs and someone with spatial skills, cause the sitting was a mess in & out. People ran the place. No one was available to solve problems. I’ll probably never visit this place again.

They didn’t know the restaurant took reservations Didn’t know what open table was and I think the staff hated me for it. Our experience there was awful and honestly maybe it could have been an off night, but man it’s hard to find a maybe when this was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I would say try it for your self and don’t do a reservation.

Ran out of three items on the menu, while getting our order wrong at the same time. Worst service/ management I've ever seen. All of these happened at a birthday celebration.

I would go there again, only if I could sit outside. The interior decor was too stark, it looked like it was in the middle of a renovation. It wasn't inviting.

Enjoyed sitting on the patio in the afternoon. Service was lovely, and food delicious. Ate the ceviche and Dynamite roll. Both delicious and I loved bragging about the scallops on the Dynamite Roll.

Had a great experience at Raw Bar 89 but apparently they are having problems with Open Table so they didn't get our reservation!! This wasn't a problem for us as there were a lot of open tables when we went there, but it's good to note.
