   The food is delicious; it was our favorite Indian food spot to order from through Seamless. However, they made a mistake on our last order (they forgot to include one of the dishes we paid for) and when I called they were extraordinarily rude about it. They refused to correct the mistake by issuing a credit, insisting that they were unable to do so and that I'd have to contact Seamless instead. I had spent 10 minutes on the phone with them already, so I asked if they could contact Seamless on my behalf. When they refused I reluctantly contacted Seamless myself to try to get my refund. Seamless was unable to help, and in the end I wound up calling my credit card company to resolve the issue. All together, I wound up spending way too much time trying to resolve the mistake they made. Sadly, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be ordering from Rasoi again.
