   After booking then changing our reservation more then once they were amazing and were so accommodating. Our waitress was the best, we don’t get out much and she was so great. The food was so yummy; our waitress recommendations we great; Thank you. Definitely will come back to Peterborough and Rare will be where we will come back too.

   This was our third visit to Rare. Absolutely delicious food with additional emphasis on presentation. Compliments to the chef. Beautiful ambience creating a warm and inviting dining experience. Service never disappoints and continues to be well above average.

   Excellent. Excellent dinner. Wonderful Caesar salad and fabulous steaks. The best in Peterborough. Can’t wait to return!

   Food and drinks were all delicious. Server was careful and helpful with navigating my dietary restrictions. The atmosphere was good and the resturant was busy without feeling too loud or crowded. We will be back!

   This restaurant, like its name, is a "RARE" find. Our server walked us through the menu and everything we ordered was excellent. We definitely will be informing our friends of this excellent Peterborough restaurant.

   Honestly a gem!!! Found this restaurant online as I was going to be in Peterborough for one night and I was looking for a nice place. The food, ambiance and service were beyond exceptional. I really can’t say enough about how perfect the entire experience was. Drinks were tasty. Food was all so delicious. Duck confit was probably the best I have ever had. Steak was cooked to perfection. Music and atmosphere relaxing. Everything was beyond! Thank you to Samantha and Claire for your diligent attention. I only wish it was closer to home so I could go more often. Honestly this restaurant rates better than most if not all the restaurants I have been too. I really can’t say enough or recommend highly enough.

    The food is amazing! Two people at our table had the strip loin, which was cooked to perfection, one of had the chicken which was wonderful and I had the gnocchi, again, which again was awesome. You must have the bread! Fresh out of the oven and perfect to share. Our server was lovely, very attentive and very knowledgeable. You may find it a little pricey, but it's worth it! Can't wait to go back.
