La Fontana is our Bordeaux blend comprised of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, & Petit Verdot. This is a balanced, full bodied wine full of complexity and flavor, softened by velvety tannins. Our reserve grapes used to produce this wine are hand harvested, hand sorted and wild fermented. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels before blending and bottling unfiltered and unfined
This dessert wine is produced by fortifying our Merlot grapes during fermentation with our home made grappa. Made in an early drinking style, with bright fruit flavors, fresh acidity, and a balance of alcohol and residual sugar. This wine can be enjoyed on its own or after a meal for years to come

Estate Merlot is an elegant, structured wine with bright fruit aromas, a medium body and balanced acidity. Hand harvested, wild fermented and bottled unfiltered and un-fined. Showing notes of blackberries, graphite and black olive, blend with fine tannins and contribute to a lingering finish
Our first label Chardonnay is hand harvested, pressed and fermented in French oak barrels, 50% new. Floral aromas of honeysuckle, citrus blossom and vanilla are followed by flavors of pineapple, pear and butterscotch. Richly complex this wine is balanced by enough acidity for a crisp, food-friendly finish
Our first label Sauvignon Blanc is hand selected from our oldest vines which produce balanced and structured wines. Made with partial skin contact and cold fermented in stainless steel, this dry wine exhibits a bright floral nose of citrus fruit. With crisp flavors of pineapple, grapefruit and lemongrass, a full body and a long dry acidic finish
Long Island Chardonnay aged in stainless steel. This dry wine is cool fermented to retain fresh fruit flavors. Balanced acidity and fruit, with peach and pear aromas and tropical fruit flavors as well as classic structure and weight

La Tavola means "The Table" in Italian. Our non-vintage white wine is made from the same red grapes used in our popular Red La Tavola blended with some Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Bright and fruity, with berry and candied aromas, this wine is sweet in the middle with fresh acidity on the finish. This delightful white wine is made for everyday enjoyment
