Our waiter pretty much dismissed us and neglected our table for 99% of our time there. Things that we ordered just never came out, we didn’t get any spoons or tongs for the hot pot, and stuff that we ordered came to us as totally different items. We couldn’t even say anything about it because our server was no where to be seen, we had to rely on other employees who occasionally showed up to order our things. They basically seat you and leave you to fend for yourself apparently. Food was okay, but my friends and I ended up sick that night. Do with that information as you please.

Place is super spacious and the food are all super fresh ! I went there for $39.95 promo which gets me AYC hotpot and selected sushi plus dessert (no sashimi and drinks). They don't have green tea and matcha ice cream that time. :( Definitely coming back to eat again if the promo still available. For $75, you would get AYC hotpot, sushi and sashimi plus drinks and dessert.

Beautiful restaurant but the food was not meh. The value buffet wasn’t bad for the price if you’re a hot pot fan. Otherwise the broths tasted like water. Waiters were friendly and again, insanely beautiful ambiance.

Overall service was quite good. Food was a bit above average compare to other hot pot restaurants we'd been to. The table and sitting was just ok but kind of not enough room for our feet to rest comfortably. Coming out and in from the table was quite difficult. I recommend this restaurant to our friends.
