Despite being a game day and being extremely busy, we were seated immediately for our reservation, our waitress was at our table right away, and when we ordered our food, I made a modification because my daughter has a gluten sensitivity. Both our waitress and a manager came over to make sure I knew how the food was prepared to ensure it would be safe for my daughter to eat. I was blown away that despite being so busy, they still took the time to make sure my daughter wouldnt get sick, which meant so much to me! Then the food came out delicious- even with the modification! Great food, price, and atmosphere! We'll be back!!

Fun place and would definitely go back. I am considering having our Office Christmas Party there on December 20th for 30 people. That is how impressed I was.

We went before a Rangers game. We arrived at 12:30. The place wasn’t that full at the time because the game wasn’t starting until 3:05pm. We waited a good 10 minutes before we were asked what we wanted to drink. There seemed to be some confusion on who was waiting on what sections. Not a good situation especially on game day. Anyways, we finally got served and our food came out fast. It was average at best. The nachos were good, the spinach dip was alright, but the hot wings were dry and over cooked. The seasoning tasted good, but for $27 we expected more. A few times we had to go up to the bar to get our drinks that were sitting up there for about 10 minutes at a time. Customer service goes a long way with us, but it was lacking that day. We dropped over $250 in there with 4 people. We would come back to Texas Live again, but probably not Sports and Social. The other couple that was with us were from out of state and were in town to visit us and go to the game.

Made a reservation, confirmed reservation when emailed to do so... showed up, was told i had NO RESERVATION. THEN got an email stating i failed to show for my reservation..... WTH. NOW, I get a survey about my reservation and how was the food and service etc. WTH. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!

We arrived for this reservation to be told their computer system is not syncing with open table, therefore they did not have a table for us. It was a very busy evening but I have seen other restaurants that are able to communicate via open table that they are not accepting reservations at this time. This restaurant needs to figure out how to not accept reservations if they are unable to accommodate.
