A distinctly Texan concept, Range will pay tribute to the Lone Star State’s rich heritage and ranching culture with world-class angus beef from 44 Farms in Cameron, TX, fresh seafood delivered daily from the Gulf Coast, and wild game sourced from deep in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Chef Dady’s chophouse menu will offer a wide selection of Texan and Midwestern beef, complemented by profoundly Texan Snacks, Small Bites, Sides, and Sweets such as Beef Tartare “Parisa” with cheddar, poblano, and jalapeño; "Loaded" Potato Chowder with bacon, cheddar and chives; and Marble Potato Confit with bacon cream. Selections from the field and sea include Pan Roasted Organic Chicken Confit; Breaded Gulf Red Snapper with lemon beurre blanc; and Bacon-Crusted Bone-In Pork Chop.
