Was disappointed our server assured me the taco shells were soft corn as I need to avoid wheat/gluten. But they were wheat. Took too long to change my selection so my meal was cut short and had to do take out.

We planned to eat here before the playoff Vikings game. We had a 12:30 reservation and were told we could hang out upstairs where there was more space and TVs while we waited. They don’t have a buzzer or way to call you though when a table is ready. After checking back a couple times, we were told we likely wouldn’t get a table but we could order appetizers from the bar. Since we had found an open table upstairs we made the best of the situation and ordered appetizers. The appetizers did get delivered to our table even though there wasn’t official waitstaff working upstairs. The food was good. The overall experience was disappointing. They definitely need to figure out how to handle a game day crowd.

Made reservation days prior to Vikings playoff game.
Felt terrible for the host (as the restaurant was packed, yet people kept coming in w/ reservations). Seemed as though restaurant was quadruple booked.
Frustrating to have a reservation & yet wait 45-60 minutes after reservation time :(

Energetic establishment for Vikings fans! Large screen TVs surround making this a great spot to watch games. Very limited options for vegetarians / vegans unfortunately.

We waited 20 minutes past our reservation time for the restaurant to start clearing out. it was packed because of a football game. Once a table opened up, the host sat us promptly. then we waited a legitimate 30 minutes for ANYONE to come to our table to take drink/food orders. once someone finally came, he took our drink, food and app order. 15 more minutes, he came back to our table to ask if we wanted drinks. We explained that we had already ordered food and drinks and were waiting. 20 seconds later drinks, apps, and dinner orders arrived at the same time. How long had everything been sitting there waiting to be brought to us? no idea. Under staffed, not the brightest servers, and food was just okay. This is my 2nd poor experience at Randle's. Won't be going back.

Beware the “Coleslaw” - it is a big pile of kale (which is fine if you are ordering kale - but they should at least warn you). The service was meh, they were very quick to bus the tables (almost taking food out of your hand) but slow if you wanted to order something. If you weren’t 100% ready to order you had to wait some time before they came back around. And I sure would have loved to ordered dessert but they never offered.

Food was fine, a cup of soup and half a sandwich for $10 seemed pricey. Visited on Dec 26, so restaurant very quiet.

We love Randles however the male host working today seemed a little moody. He didn’t check for our reservation and then later marked us as a no show with open table. I watched him get attitude with a group that requested to sit at a different table than he planned to seat them at and also overheard a table talking about how he told them they would not have table service and would have to go to the bar to place orders. They were indicating that they felt he was trying to get them to go somewhere else.

Poor. Got there and there was a sign stating that they were closed for a private event. Saw several other couples who, like us, had “confirmed reservations” only to find that they were closed for a private event. So we went next door to “The Local” and it was awesome!

Dropped by to watch a Vikings away game. The atmosphere is upscale but still welcoming of fans in jerseys. Food was delicious while at the same time being beautifully plated. Servers were friendly and came by quite often to check in while we stayed for the game. Overall great experience.

Food was not good. Had salmon which was lukewarm and came with an unappetizing slab of plain white rice like Minute Rice. Also lukewarm. Edamame was supposed to be sriracha edamame but had little flavor and was very over cooked. Side salad had mushy, bad-tasting tomatoes. Delivery of food was not timed well. We saw our food sitting under lights for long time. It was not busy in the restaurant so no excuse. Waiter brought check and did not offer dessert to r ask if we wanted anything else. Had expected a much nicer experience for a new restaurant in such a prime location that uses a Viking name.

Food was good, service needs much improvement. Had reservations, first ones inside and seated, waited 20 minutes before our order was taken. Everyone that came in after us was eating long before us. Once food arrived, waiter never came back to check on us. We had to flag him down for the check. Wasn't even very busy, reservations unnecessary. Too bad, would like to see this place succeed.

Menu items were very random (Mexican, Asian, American...).

Appetizers were very good, meal portions were a little small.

I just assumed a place named after John Randle would be a little more "Meat and potatoes" with bigger portions.

Great time at Randle's. Best way to describe is an upscale sports bar and grill. Multiple food choices on menu from great apps ( we had quest, calamari and lettuce wraps) . All were excellent with a little different flare than standard of each. Then we had sushi and was very well prepared. Full beverage options with lots of original cocktail options and revolving tap beers. Plenty of TVs to watch all the games as well. Highly recommended

We decided to give Randle's a try before the Vikings game on Sunday 9/24 - its was his 60th Bday! He's a huge Vikings/John Randle fan. Cool! The location is great, cool vibe, great TV Setup.

However - I'm unable to recommend Randle's and will not be back. We arrived for our 9:45 AM reservation and put in our food order shortly after. 11:30 rolls around - still no food! At this point we were going to be late for the game. I'm sure there is a good explanation for this, but almost two hours? The restaurant did not seem to be that busy either. If you want a meal and drinks before a noon Sunday kickoff, Randle's is not your spot. You will be late for the game.

Randle's has potential - I hope they get it figured out. Could be a really cool pregame, postgame spot.

The food was excellent, but the restaurant was out of coffee and ran out of iced tea during our visit. Instead of not charging us for the iced tea, we were still charged full price despite only having one glass. We were told they ran out of coffee the previous day, which begs the question why they didn't just go to the store and buy some to get them through until their next shipment. It took 20 minutes to get a refill of diet coke, which was needed to continue eating my meal (food tasted great but unfortunately got cold). Have been here a lot but this last experience was not a good one. When I asked the manager for diet coke (I got up and walked to the kitchen prep area because there were three managers there) she seemed upset I bothered her and said she will get my server. Why the manager can't help when they are busy is beyond me.

Rooftop kitchen was closed and we were bummed about that. Sat out on the patio in front of the restaurant. Table was wobbly and had a lot of dirt/dust that needed to be wiped off-(I was wearing a white cardigan and it got dirty). Nothing special about the food at all. Over priced. Underwhelmed

Menu is uninspiring. Either just serve cheap bar food or stand for something great like high end best in class burgers or a sub segment in your menu that is a differentiator {like some key thai dishes from your Ling & Louie's days or be a destination for Gluten Free with dedicated friers, spicy fry dishes, amazing GF burgers, etc).

I sat outside, so no sports bar atmosphere, yet had to eat average sports bar food. Nothing felt special or unique. Why eat there unless sitting inside (so I can see TV) while Vikings are playing?

This was my second visit, and I have to admit, a disappointment. It was the first Sunday of the 2017 NFL Season, and I had called ahead to make sure they had the NFL Sunday Ticket, which they did. I had a party of 10, and got there early to pick the best spot to watch the most games. What I found was a manager? who had zero customer service skills, and couldn't be more rude about the whole situation. I got responses of 'we know what we're doing,' 'we can't make everybody happy,' and my favorite, 'restaurants have lots of moving parts.' Our server was great, but also frustrated because management wasn't supporting her or her customers. All we wanted was a different game on the 4 or 5 TVs in our immediate area. Not brain surgery, but beyond this group. When the early games were ending, and the late afternoon ones were starting, a different manager went to change EVERY OTHER TV IN THE PLACE, even where there were no customers, before coming back to give us the games we requested. Way to treat a party of 10, eating and drinking at your establishment for 6+ hours! I hope they get their act together and realize WHY people are there on NFL Sundays. I'm glad I don't need to go back again this season, but I'll see if they get another chance next season. It's a shame, because it's a cool place, with decent food, and should be an awesome location to watch all the games. Growing pains are expected, but rude is just unacceptable.
