So much potential, so disappointing execution. Drinks, food, service were all garbage. Bummer because the ambiance was great.

We love coming to this restaurant often, great food and drinks. last nite we wee 6 persons for dinner, all good but my wife had to ask 4 different people for ketchup before it finally came when she was almost done with her dinner, water glasses were not regularly filled, even after we asked, food was late coming out, even desserts which needed no prep, restaurant was not that busy that these minor items could not have been addressed in a prompt basis.

It was our first visit to Randall's. We came for Easter brunch. Our family ran a bit late and the staff was so gracious. Our meal was delicious and the view was pleasant. We will definitely be going back.

Both my husband and I really enjoyed our meals. The crab cakes was mostly lump crab - barely any filler. And my husband loved his short ribs.
