We were celebrating our anniversary and the waiter mentioned it when he came to our table and congratulated us! We also got a complementary dessert. The food was amazing and our waiter was excellent.

Okra greasy, more cream than corn, au gratin potatoes more mashed potatoes. Steak not done twice. Server packaged all food together in in container so that it looked like pig sloop. Didn’t include sauces either. Horrible experience with food and server. I regret automatically tipping 20% before I saw how food was packaged. I regret not going back inside and asking for a manager. No wonder they weren’t busy on a Saturday night. The restaurant replied they were sorry for our experience and asked for contact information so they could speak with us more. We provided a phone number and of course we never heard from them. Their silence speaks volumes as to how they really feel!

Fantastic service as always. This was celebrating our anniversary and the staff knew that even before we were seated. Food, while pricey, was fantastic as it has been every time we dined here. Steak was cooked perfectly and shareable sides are fantastic as well.

Dining at The Ranch is always a pleasure. However my wife and I cannot eat as much since having Bariatric surgery. So we usually order off the Appetizer menu. This time I order ‘beef medallions’ as my main course. As a former chef I always thought medallions of beef came from the narrow end of the tenderloin. There were tenderloin steaks, from the main part, tournedos from the next part and medallions of beef used in this dish or served as ‘tenderloin tips’. What I was served did not come from the tenderloin. It was difficult to sliced trough and one mouthful I wasn’t even able to chew it and had to spit it out and leave it on the plate. Lots of gristle in that one. The mashed potatoes served with it were fine, except they were twice the size of the meat. It looked like I ordered mash potatoes with a side of meat. As an anniversary dinner it was way beneath what we usually get at The Ranch.
