   Ambience and service was terrific, but we've had same or better quality food at lower priced establishments (steak and salmon). Probably won't return unless just getting drinks or desserts.

   This was by far the best dining experience I’ve had in a long time. The restaurant was beautiful - pleasing decor, comfortable chairs, nice lighting. The food from cocktails, appetizers, main course to the dessert was amazingAbsolutely one the best steaks I’ve ever had. Our server, Eddie, was excellent. He made sure our experience was perfect. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

   Easily the best steakhouse in the Norman area. On the pricier side of restaurants, but the food and service make it worthwhile for a special occasion. Will definitely be coming here again.

    Had the Snapper with the mushroom risotto, very good however they served it with plain sour cream which was horrible. The dish would be a hit with just some tarter sauce, I definitely expected more than just plain sour cream especially at this price point. I ate the fish with no sauce because our waiter never came to check on us. We also had the Tuna and it was cooked perfectly. Service was good but very slow.

    The Ranch is one of our favorite places. We love the quiet relaxing feeling you get there and the wonderful service. The food was not quite as good as usual but still by far better than most places. This will remain one of our favorites always.

    We’ve always enjoyed The Ranch in the past. However on our last visit the service was incredibly slow and the food was off. Our steaks were not prepared to our requested temperature and the brussel sprouts were undercooked and cold. When you pay $$$$ for a meal, you expect better food and service.

    We went for my hubbies birthday. I’ve never had a wedge salad that had cucumbers. Mine was loaded with them. The menu doesn’t list what’s in the salad so didn’t know I needed to tell them to leave off. Got out food. My hubby ordered salmon, it had a pesto rice. Just wasn’t good. Salmon was over cooked and dry. Steak was grissly. Ordered scallop potato’s and the potato’s were not done. Sent those back and the waiter said well the chef had to throw all of the potato’s away we can bring you something else or comp the potato’s. We were almost done at that point. Brownies were excellent. Just wasn’t a good food experience.

    We love The Ranch. The salmon is great but you can’t beat the filet. With a side of au gratin potatoes and asparagus, it’s a perfect meal!

    We just needed a break and a fine meal. The scallops were seared perfectly. The shrimp cocktail was tasty. The service is always impeccable and this evening was no different. I’d eat at The Ranch every night if I could!

    James, our server, was prompt, knowledgeable and attentive; and it went downhill from there. I asked for a penicillin (cocktail) and was served a margarita. When asked to cut into our NY Strips, both mine and my son’s steak were rare, really rare, rather than the medium-rare we both had requested. We ordered carrots and onion rings as sides. The rings were ok, nothing special, and slightly dry, and the carrots seemed to have been boiled in a pan with no seasoning, no flavor at all. Overall, this place needs to improve its food and beverage offerings if it’s to succeed in a town that’s famous for not supporting fine-dining. Good luck to them, I will not be returning.

    Lindsay our server was superb!! She had many recommendations and knowledge over the menu and drinks. She was very professional with a bright smile! Lindsay our server is a great staff member you have with your company. For anyone looking for a pleasant night with fine dining and extraordinary service!! Come to The Ranch and ask for her! By the way the old fashion was superb!

    Steak was ordered medium and I go a well done steak. Plate was so hot the juices splattered all over my clothes. Wedge salad was 15 dollars and was the size of a small garden salad. I haven’t eaten at the ranch in norman a lot. Their food use to be good and give you what you pay for. Now it’s less quantity , higher priced and food is nothing compared to when they opened.

    Had a lovely birthday/valentine's day dinner. Micha was our waiter and was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs during the dinner. Definitely always a special treat whenever we dine there!

    My wife and I went to the Ranch based on many families and friends' recommendations. We both ordered the Rib Eye, medium, my wife's steak was perfect. Mine was pretty tough. For 70.00 per steak, you would think that they would be the best in the world. Far from it. I didn't complain, but now, I suppose I should have said something.
