They were out a lot of the items we came there to try, they did not tell us until we tried to order it. Server was kind and attentive.

We love Ramsay’s Kitchen. Have gone there many times. Allison is an outstanding waitress and we always look forward to seeing her cheerful presence. The food is delicious and they offer a great variety of choices. So wonderful to have this restaurant in the suburbs.

I submitted an actual email to the restaurant personally, but on their menu they say that they have the seafood tower our waitress said no they do not and she had never heard of that. It took about 15-20 minutes to get our drinks. The bar/restaurant were not bus. while ordering our entrees-My daughter wanted the potato purée with her steak and we were told that they ran out of potatoes. Granted our reservation was at 5 PM on a Sunday - who runs out of potatoes. when our steaks came they were all undercooked we asked for medium rare and the inside was not. They were kind about cooking them for a few more minutes however, in the flavor was bland, the meat tasted like the quality of a prime rib. We were there celebrating birthdays so it was nice. They brought out birthday desserts and then we ordered after dinner drinks. I asked for a chocolate martini and then a few minutes later the waitress comes over and informs us they ran out of chocolate and we’re not able to make that. You are a five star restaurant, high-end and at 5 PM- You have no potatoes that just does not seem right and for having a bill that was over $800 plus tip, which none of this was our waitresses fault so she was tipped well. It was not worth it at all. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Waiting to hear back from management.

Overall Experiencing Ramseys Kitchen was a wonderful date night for our Anniversary. Everything was what I expected for a first timer at RK from service to food. My only "Negative" for RK was that we were seated in front of the service cooking window. It was still a great experience, but Sitting there was very loud so it's not the best area for a romantic evening.

Alison was our server and she was phenomenal. We were sat within 5 minutes of our reservation time, drinks were served promptly. My husband and I were there to celebrate his 30th. The mocktails were delicious. We got the Octopus and the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice as starters and we honestly thought it was going to be hard to beat. A Beef Wellington and a 14 OZ New York Strip blew us out of the water. The Mac and Cheese side dish was so good we almost ordered two just to take one home. We finished with the peach cheesecake. I don’t even like cheesecake and I helped polish it off. I watch all of the Gordon Ramsay shows, my expectations were high, and I was nervous I may be disappointed.. I’m thrilled to say I was blown away. The food and quality of service were outstanding and we will absolutely be back. Alison, thanks again for making his birthday so wonderful!!

We went to celebrate our anniversary, hoping for a nice experience. Once again, we were disappointed. We ordered the prix fixe dinner. Our first course arrived immediately. We were about half way through when our entrees appeared. They kind of said 'oops' but left them on the table anyway. We had to have the salad boxed to go. Then they took our forks and didn't bring fresh ones. It is difficult to eat beef wellington without a fork. Even though the entrees came out far too soon, my vegetables were cold. When it was time for dessert, those sat on the counter until the ice cream was melted. We could see them from our seats. It is sad to watch your ice cream melt. Throughout the meal, every single server/food runner grilled us on how long we've been together. It started feeling like an interrogation. This experience was not what we wanted or expected. We will not return.

Very nice restaurant. Food was overpriced. We all had the idiot sandwich that took 45 minutes to be served and the sandwiches were not assembled to what I would expect to be acceptable for the price or chef Ramsay standards. Really disappointed
