Our Caesar Salad was perfect and the Beef Wellington was outstanding. Our waiter was super friendly and efficient. Loved that we could share our food with no surcharge. Pricey but worth it, and comparable price wise to other high end offerings in Reno. We would definitely return.

Way overrated. A one time novelty for us. Beef Wellington steak cooked properly. Filo wrap and sauce nothing special. Chicken Milanase overcooked, dry. Thin sauce. You would think that for a $49 to $69 entree you might get a few spears of asperagus or other veg. These have to be ordered as another expensive side. The casino atmosphere with a constant bass thumping music is not consistent with a fine dining experience. Organization at the front was confusing even with a reservation. "They (res services?) overbook us." 15+ people waiting at the front desk...have they made reservations and checked in?...Are they in some kind of line waiting to see if they can get a table? Where do I wait? Do I need to check again, have I been forgotten? Why did they just walk up and get seated? Do I need to slip them a Benjamin? I am a local but will not be back. I can get a better meal much more economically at Texas Roadhouse.

It was a good meal. I will be back to try again and see if some of our experience was an outlier. We were sat 30 minutes past our reservation and it was obvious the kitchen was massively backed up. The hostesses were very quiet and apprehensive to talk with the large groups of people waiting for their tables. It would have been nice if they just were honest and up front. Like, hey we’re backed up, go get a drink at the bar and we’ll come get you. Stuff like that. The food was good but I think it is probably better on average so I’ll come back to give it another shot. Bottomline though is that if you’ve been coming to Reno for 20 or more years you know how much of a step up this experience is compared to the past. It’s great to see.

The food was delicious and it came quickly after I ordered it. I had Gordon's Beef Wellington and his famous sticky pudding. To die for! I totally recommend the food and this restaurant 😋

Beef Wellington was over seasoned. Mushrooms tasted canned. Mashed potatoes over seasoned. Demi glazed perfect. Crab cakes well balanced, tasty. Caesar salad was perfect. Ambiance and service, exquisite

Outside music is inappropriate for an enjoyable high-end dining experience—some modern, loud, disco from the walkway outside the restaurant. Have Silver Legacy turn down the music outside of Ramsey's Kitchen. Jennifer, our waitress, and Gabe, our busboy, were superb. The timing was impeccable, as the salad was not rushed. The server, Matthew, who brought the dishes out, was well-informed and introduced the servings with expertise and thoughtfulness. The staff are poetry in motion with everyone's attention on our table. The salads are larger than imagined, which did affect our main course. One should be warned about their size and/or a scaled-down version offered. Best Caesar Salad in Reno, and the Walnut-Goat Cheese-spring mix salad was terrific, as was the dressing.

This was a birthday gift for my Mom's 80th birthday. They had a wonderful time and raved about the food and service!

The food and table service were excellent, however the kitchen did a terrible job with timing and delivery. One of our party ordered an appetizer as her entree and it did not get served until after the remainder of the party of 4 had already almost finished our meal. The server apologized profusely and said the person on that station was new and seemed to be overwhelmed. The manager was indifferent to the situation and his only solution was to offer us free dessert. We don't eat dessert and especially when we haven't had our entree. Come on Gordon Ramsay.... you need to make sure the hires in your kitchen can do the job, and the management is more interested in helping guests who need it than chatting up the pretty women in the restaurant

I paid for $25.00 kitchen seating and was not seated until 30 minutes after my reservation. Once seated, my waiter greeted me and my wife. I waited 40 minuted for him to return and he did not. At that point, I walked to the greeters and said I was leaving. I was told the manager would see me, so I agreed. The manager Chris was very nice and took care of us. However I never plan to attend this restaurant again.
