   Our order included the tomato soup, caesar salad, tomato barrata salad, parkerhouse rolls, carrots with harissa yogurt, brussel sprouts, raviolis and pork sliders. The tomato soup had a bitter taste which we didn't like, caesar salad had lardons not pancetta and the lardons were chewy and fatty. We had to remove them from the salad. The tomato and barratta salad was ok. The parkerhouse rolls looked really good but because we had gotten so many items we packed them to go. The carrots and harissa yogurt were the best thing we had to eat. The brussels were undercooked and tasteless. The raviolis were not what I was expecting. They were very tiny rounds of pasta with a tiny but of filling. I did not taste any brown butter and there was no parmesean cheese on it. The pea puree needed seasoning. The pork sliders came with a pork patty, sauce and a pickle on a bun. The cabbage and basil were missing. The wait staff was very attentive and pleasant. The waiter overheard me talking about the sliders missing the cabbage and he brought out a dish of slaw. I was glad the slaw was missing once I got it because it was overdressed and made the slider too wet. The manager stopped by our table to ask how things were. We were honest with our review of the food and he took the soup and brussels off our tab. We told him that wasn't necessary because we were basically doing a tasting menu approach but he insisted. The ambiance was nice, seating comfortable, table settings high end and staff wonderful. We won't be returning during this menu cycle but look forward to the next change to try again.

   Great service and wonderful food. Expensive but you go in expecting that. Wonderful evening.

   Good, but not in my top 5 restaurants in Reno and is the most expensive. Never received any bread or rolls and seemed lacking in accompaniments to the entrees.

   We were excited to try a Chef Ramsey restaurant for fine dining. Unfortunately, it's located with open walls in the casino and very, very noisy! There was music playing with loud bass thumping, and it was hard to enjoy the experience because of that. We couldn't wait to leave to get away from it. On the other hand, the food was great!!!

   Experience is Fair at best. If there are other options for fine food, perhaps choose there.

   Prime rib was average. Yorkshire was dry abd flovorless. The vegtables were overcood and charred. Only 3 carrots and one sliver of [otato.

   Years ago I left a negative review of Hell’s Kitchen Tahoe, and that being my first time at a Ramsay restaurant I’ve always wondered “did I get Ramsay standard?” After trying the exact same thing here I can definitely say the beef Wellington was 100% different from HK Tahoe and was phenomenal. Just not exactly 69$ phenomenal. If you’ve never had it I absolutely recommend it from Ramsay’s kitchen specifically. The Mac and cheese was great and sticky toffee pudding is a must. The Chicken Milanese was the absolute best chicken I’ve ever had and would actually order that over the Wellington; and that’s from a guy that does not order chicken at restaurants. Skip the rolls and potato purree they’re rather flavorless. Crab cake I’d definitely recommend too.

   Overall, we were not impressed with the entrees. The ravioli dish was pretty bland and the chicken Milaneses was pretty small and mostly breading. I would not choose to eat here again.
