   Made a reservation at Ramen Revolution weeks in advance, confirmed via text, but when we showed up, the place was closed and phones disconnected. Pretty frustrating. If they’re closed, they should disable their reservation system. Just hoping others don't go through the same.

   Ramen Revolution with Chef John Vu was really a delicious mid-week treat. The venue is very warm and cozy. Most importantly, you can have a conversation with your table mates without screaming which seems to be the trend now with so many restaurants (lack of sound proofing). The food was beyond our expectations and we’ve had Chef Vu’s cuisine before. Make sure to order the Crispy Pork as it was exactly as you would think…crispy bits on the outside with the most tender pork on the inside. We started with the soft chill crab Bahn Mi and the bread was toasted to perfection and each delicious bite melted in your mouth. Don’t miss your chance to try authentic Vietnamese food at this quaint little venue. It won’t disappoint.

   The Intimate atmosphere makes for a special occasion feeling. The menu is delicious. The staff are personal. The chef came out and asked for feedback. Great experience!
